I'm most impressed by BenchPrep's customer service and responsiveness. They've been very attentive and responsive and make us feel like our needs are theirs. Jessica Small, our customer relations manager, has been very engaging and upfront with us. She makes sure we understand what is needed on both ends and puts forth a significant amount of effort to work with us. She has also gone above and beyond to ensure we're getting quality service, even so much as to attend our national conference to work our trade show booth and represent the product to our members. There can be a lot of moving pieces and players. With a growing company, it's easy to get lost in the varying portfolios. Sometimes things do not move as fast as we like due to internal constraints that we were not aware of. Jessica is very responsive and transparent when problems arise.
