What do you like best about BenchPrep?

I'm most impressed by BenchPrep's customer service and responsiveness. They've been very attentive and responsive and make us feel like our needs are theirs. Jessica Small, our customer relations manager, has been very engaging and upfront with us. She makes sure we understand what is needed on both ends and puts forth a significant amount of effort to work with us. She has also gone above and beyond to ensure we're getting quality service, even so much as to attend our national conference to work our trade show booth and represent the product to our members. What do you dislike about BenchPrep?

There can be a lot of moving pieces and players. With a growing company, it's easy to get lost in the varying portfolios. Sometimes things do not move as fast as we like due to internal constraints that we were not aware of. Jessica is very responsive and transparent when problems arise. So, while we don't get everything we want exactly when we want it, we're always aware of the challenges at hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BenchPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aligning our systems has been the most challenging problem to date. We've realized that our internal system can be arduous for others to engage with, which can be positive and negative. Single-sign-on has caused a number of challenges, which we'd need to resolve if we wanted to move forward with our new database. So it's helpful to shine a light on those problems now, rather than have them come up later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
