The benchprep platform is a turnkey solution for PMI's needs. The platform is so easy to use for both customers and admins. The study plan feature, the strength, and weaknesses is a very useful feature for an exam prep candidate. The flashcards and practice exams are a great feature. The product helps me reduce the test anxiety of my customers. The benefits are enormous. My customers love the product we have put out. From a perspective of content creation and management, to the administrative capabilities of managing students, to the modern interface that students get to interact with, this has been a complete solution for our company to launch our first certification program on. BenchPrep has a great team of very Knowledgeable professionals from Sales to service and from program management to development. They are a one stop shop that will accelerate your time to market 5X. The BenchPrep Software is very well designed with a real customer first approach and their agile development framework allows for intelligent experimentation and constant iteration to improve customer experience. Be upfront and open about your product requirements, and goals, so you have a shared understanding of what great looks like. Be realistic in your time frames. I'm most impressed by BenchPrep's customer service and responsiveness. They've been very attentive and responsive and make us feel like our needs are theirs. Jessica Small, our customer relations manager, has been very engaging and upfront with us. She makes sure we understand what is needed on both ends and puts forth a significant amount of effort to work with us. She has also gone above and beyond to ensure we're getting quality service, even so much as to attend our national conference to work our trade show booth and represent the product to our members. With a growing company, it's easy to get lost in the varying portfolios. Sometimes things do not move as fast as we like due to internal constraints that we were not aware of. Jessica is very responsive and transparent when problems arise. So, while we don't get everything we want exactly when we want it, we're always aware of the challenges at hand. We've realized that our internal system can be arduous for others to engage with, which can be positive and negative. Single-sign-on has caused a number of challenges, which we'd need to resolve if we wanted to move forward with our new database. While there are some limitations to the BenchPrep platform, out of the box it is the best solution for our product's needs. Given the breadth of BenchPrep's clients and their individual needs it is sometimes hard to gauge where our specific product's new features and functions fall in terms of priority and opportunity for change despite our customers showing high demand for new things.
