What do you like best about Perk?

I really appreciate the user interface; it's great and very easy for team members to use. I like that we're able to get competitive rates on flights, so it feels like we're not compromising on costs. Being a charity, getting competitive pricing is crucial for us. I also appreciate their responsiveness, as we always receive very quick responses when we have questions or need help with hotel bookings for off-site events. It's also great that the platform's set up process was very easy and straightforward, with no problems during onboarding, making it super simple to teach the team how to use it. What do you dislike about Perk?

When we started using Perk, booking trains was not as competitive as booking flights. It was usually possible to get fares that were much better on different websites, so if the prices seemed high on Perk, we encouraged team members to check other websites and book directly for reimbursement, which was an extra step. Another minor challenge was that sometimes somebody would book a flight, and by the time it was approved, the flight was no longer available. This required additional coordination, which was kind of frustrating because it's one of the main problems Perk solves for us, but it doesn't happen all that often. Perk allows employees to book their own travel at convenient times without upfront costs, reducing coordination hassles. I find Safari Portal incredibly useful for creating proposals and converting them to sales seamlessly and much easier than before. Clients love the attractive proposals we create using it. I appreciate how it allows us to create inboxes and collect payments swiftly. The financials feature has been a game changer for us, and the integrated forms for collecting guest information are another aspect we like—it makes it very easy for guests to fill them out. Generating an invoice is super simple with just a few clicks, and I also love that automatic reminders are sent. Additionally, their support team is incredible and has been a great help. What we find most helpful about Corporate Traveler is the excellent customer support and the prompt responsiveness to our needs. Having a dedicated team—including a Senior Customer Success Manager, a Manager, and outstanding travel agents—has genuinely elevated the travel experience for staff across our organization. We feel well cared for, with practical solutions offered when issues come up and clear answers provided to our questions and concerns.

Our experience during the implementation and launch of the platform was smooth, and we consistently felt supported throughout the process. We also appreciate the timely communication around updates and changes, which helps us stay informed and confident in the service.

One invoice-related aspect that still needs improvement is ensuring that all invoices include the corresponding codes we require to track our expenses internally. The first thing they solved for us is that the entire funnel from preliminary proposal to booking used to take a lot of time. With Ezus, this process is much more efficient.
