Feedback beast!

What caught my eye initially was the companies using Zonka Feedback. If it's good enough for some of these monster companies, it's good enough for me! The attention to detail at every level is amazing and the ability to get feedback from customers offline is super handy. The ability to track and measure results with responses and reports makes this tool even better. The response inbox for all your surveys makes managing feedback really easy. Customer service seems to be A1 and the roadmap looks very promising. Full stack here for me and looks like a keeper. Hope I'm right.
