Zonka is my best survey plug

Surveys go out promptly and with accuracy. Responses are also swift and detailed. This alllows me to do effective follow ups on negative responses. I am also able to report accurately on all responses achieved and measure CSAT rate before and after follow ups. Extarction of responses is also quick and easy.

Great tool Survey gathering.

Zonka has all the functionality I needed and easy out of the box integrations with the largest tools you might use it in combination with. The surveys look nice, they are easy to set up and distribute. Implementation into existing systems (zendesk and twillio) was a breeze. The team behind Zonka is also very caring and quick to repsond. We use this as our main Csat gathering tool and have collected thousands of responses. Zonka is also cheaper than most of their comparable competitors
