It also makes it easy to loop in the right people quickly, whether that's a quick DM or tagging someone in a channel. We've also integrated a chatbot that tracks our daily tasks and summarizes what we've worked on over the day or month, which makes it easy to stay on top of progress without digging through old messages.

I like the emoticons, and I also like that we can add photos and turn them into emoticons. The interface is nice, friendly, and easy to use as well.

I like how organized it is, and how the available customer support features let you follow up on tickets, create them, and close them. The process is straightforward, and it’s very simple and easy to track responses.
