I love how easily Rootly can be personalized and configured to match very specific requirements and team habits. I especially appreciate the automatic postmortem generation based on the incident channel content, which saves us a lot of time and effort. There are lots of integrations available, which can help automate incident management workflows and make it easier to report and manage incidents directly within the collaboration tools I use most, like Slack or Teams. The UX is user friendly, AI has helped with root cause analysis and retrospectives and summaries. Support during roll-out and ongoing support from our Customer Success Manager has been exceptional.
