Efficient, User-Friendly HRIS for Mid-Sized Teams
I like the report features in HiBob HRIS because it makes life a bit easier to be able to just give it into the HRIS and get all of my figures back. I think what I like most about it is very self-explanatory, you can find what you want pretty easily, and you can get the job done quickly and efficiently. I think employees enjoy it because it's not overly complicated. I've had other HRISs where employees go in and just cannot see what they need to find, whereas I haven't had any issues with people saying that they weren't able to find where to put time off or where to update information.
