Its comprehensive and adaptable – by adding modules you can really customize the product to your needs. It also integrates very well with other systems and has robust automations. For example at we have integrated the product with and external ATS and IT Ticketing system which makes onboarding seamless, but use HiBob Learning, Talent and Compensation modules to meet the needs of our ongoing employee management needs. The system is also constantly evolving – for example the AI features in the Talent module have been a game changer for managers which have made performance review cycles go from taking hours to minutes and provide contextualized insights that may have otherwise been missed.
