This has allowed us great speed when any issues have surfaced, which has been amazing in a consistent reliable product. Upside: I find that it is super intuitive and easy to use. I really appreciate HiBob HRIS for its easy, intuitive, and nice customizable UI that doesn't require a 400-500 page manual. I love the homepage, feed, and widgets the most because they make everything easily accessible, providing a great user experience from the very first impression. It's impressive how anyone can log in and find their way easily regardless of their aptitude. The setup process was very simple with a clear road map, great support, and project management. I also value the sheer volume of changes and improvements, and how the company listens to the community to enhance the product. The intuitive design, ease of access, enterprise functionality, and the speed at which changes and improvements are made are also significant positives.
