What I like best about HiBob HRIS is that it is very clear and largely straightforward to work with. The interface feels well structured, which makes it easy to navigate and find what you need without too much effort. Overall, it is an enjoyable tool to use, and it helps make HR processes feel more organised and manageable.
I also especially value the task lists, as they give a good overview of what needs to be done and help keep follow-up work on track. In addition, the reporting features are very useful and provide a solid basis for getting the information we need in a more efficient way.
