Helpful: I find that there is very quick and responsive CS Managers that are genuinely invested in the product and helping us get the best out of the product and how we can best utilise it. This has allowed us great speed when any issues have surfaced, which has been amazing in a consistent reliable product.
Upside: I find that it is super intuitive and easy to use. The ability to integrate with our other, external partners has been a great upside, and key factor in our continued success. The AI chat bot has been my lifesaver sometimes in adjusting and fixing things. Worth every penny (from my point of view
