The design makes it easy to navigate, and it integrates well with other systems. The new AI features are improving processes that usually take up a lot of time, and the overall onboarding for new features is also straightforward. It also performs well during long, continuous cycles. Pricing is fair. I would recommend it as it has elevated the internal processes significantly.

I find HiBob HRIS very easy to use, especially appreciating the interface and how I can see information. Our employees enjoy using it, and it has made tasks and reporting very easy and handy. I love the interface and user friendliness; it's easy to navigate and use, and it's helpful with reporting. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I didn't need help from anyone teaching me the platform since I could learn by exploring once I got admin access and then started doing the trainings myself on the HiBob Village.

I find the UX interface of HiBob HRIS really easy to use, which means pretty much anyone, even if they're not in HR, can navigate it with ease. I like how all the modules are interconnected, allowing people to see how their performance links to compensation. It's pretty cool that you can give kudos to people on this platform, and I really enjoy the Slack integration. The Slack integration is particularly valuable in our organization for notifying people about actions they need to take, especially since many of us are working remotely or in a hybrid setup. The reminder function is quite useful, taking you directly to the task location in HiBob so there's no unnecessary searching. The HiBob homepage with all its actions is very user-friendly too. I also appreciate that HiBob is more customizable and user-friendly compared to our previous tool, and it directly connects into our HIS, which is great. Overall, I'm really enjoying using HiBob and prefer it over other tools I've used before.
