I find the UX interface of HiBob HRIS really easy to use, which means pretty much anyone, even if they're not in HR, can navigate it with ease. I like how all the modules are interconnected, allowing people to see how their performance links to compensation. It's pretty cool that you can give kudos to people on this platform, and I really enjoy the Slack integration. The Slack integration is particularly valuable in our organization for notifying people about actions they need to take, especially since many of us are working remotely or in a hybrid setup. The reminder function is quite useful, taking you directly to the task location in HiBob so there's no unnecessary searching. The HiBob homepage with all its actions is very user-friendly too. I also appreciate that HiBob is more customizable and user-friendly compared to our previous tool, and it directly connects into our HIS, which is great. Overall, I'm really enjoying using HiBob and prefer it over other tools I've used before.

The system captures every employee's attendance and leave information in a perfectly synced way, while the service system documents every ongoing task, making everything easily aligned with the team. The talent module, with its career development and succession plans, provides a robust framework for employee career growth and visibility, benefiting our organization significantly. The initial setup was easy, quickly integrating our whole company. It's also robust in managing data and employee systems.
