Evolved Platform with an Easier UI and Consistently Top-Notch Support

The platform has really evolved since the last time I used it. The UI is much easier to navigate and use overall. Support from the team has always been top-notch, and that’s been consistent for me. I’m still not entirely sure about the AI, though—it feels more suited to general use than to getting truly detailed information.

Detailed market data and intuitive structure – API and cross tables work strongly

GWI offers detailed data on all our markets. The questions are intuitively structured and GWI Core answers most customer inquiries. We have also tested the API for data retrieval for the dashboard – it works well for percentage questions and the customer was very satisfied. Sometimes we encounter cell limit exceedances, especially with YoY analyses, but for individual country and target group analyses, the cross tables are very easy to handle.
