Greenhouse stands out amongst all ATS platforms, especially when it comes to integrating with external HRIS systems by offering real-time capabilities such as webhooks, pre-built connectors, and polling support for specific web service–related operations which no other ATS to date 100% supports. And both as a recruiting admin and candidate, the UI experience is both super intuitive and at the same time simple to navigate to find all relevant items like scorecards, schedules, activity notes!

I absolutely love the transparency Greenhouse provides for line managers and approvals. It works well with candidates from screening and scheduling to providing a consistent experience. It's very easy to use and perfect for global recruitment needs. The system is really easy to adapt to.

It makes integration with other apps very easy. Never had any issues with performance. Support has always been responsive.
