Voice AI Reviews & Product Details

Greenhouse Voice AI is a two-way voice interviewing platform that gives every applicant a real conversation at the top of the hiring funnel. Instead of a resume screen, candidates complete a structured, on-demand voice interview scored against the hiring manager's own rubric. Recruiters get transcripts, per-question scores, and written rationale delivered into their ATS. Voice AI works with Greenhouse and 60+ other ATS platforms. Every score is human-reviewable and no candidate is auto-rejected. Monthly independent bias audits are published publicly by WardenAI. Built to help talent teams reduce top-of-funnel noise, surface candidates they would have missed, and give recruiters their time back to focus on higher-value work.
