I like that Greenhouse is easy to use and super user-friendly, especially from a candidate and end-user sort of recruiter perspective.

The drag-and-drop feature in the UI is very convenient for moving candidates between stages, like from an interview stage to an assessment stage. I also appreciate the integration capabilities with many applications and the overall ease of setting things up, since most processes are preconfigured.
