I love how user friendly it is and how I can see everything so easily. I love how I can also filter out candidates. The AI feature is also very helpful!

I like the easy hiring process Greenhouse offers. The UI is straightforward, and the guiding process for hiring is really simple. It's not a complicated system, and making changes to configurations is easy too. The drag-and-drop feature in the UI is very convenient for moving candidates between stages, like from an interview stage to an assessment stage. I also appreciate the integration capabilities with many applications and the overall ease of setting things up, since most processes are preconfigured.
