I like how it's easy to digest information. Very visually pleasing and easy to navigate. I love customizing offers and letters based on dependencies and how customizable the dashboard is. I also use it to track referrals which is extremely helpful, using scheduled reports.

It keeps the entire recruitment process organized in one place. The candidate pipeline is easy to track, and having interview feedback, scorecards, scheduling, and candidate information centralized makes collaboration with hiring managers much easier. I also like the structured interview and scorecard functionality, as it helps maintain consistency in the evaluation process. The reporting and analytics capabilities are useful for tracking hiring progress and identifying bottlenecks, while the integrations help reduce manual work.

The biggest benefit is not just storing candidate information. It is making the hiring process transparent and reducing follow-ups between recruiter, hiring manager, interview panel, HR/People Partner and compensation/approvals.
