A robust ATS with several useful integrations.

I like the customizable scorecards in Greenhouse, which help preload all of our interview questions. This feature ensures we hit the right questions during the interview process. The initial setup of Greenhouse was also pretty easy from what I remember.

We like the robust interview plans and scorecards, the intuitive interface, and the ability to customize our settings. The integrations with Rippling as our HRIS, Gem, and Brighthire were also very easy to implement. We’ve found it has strong uptime, and we’re impressed with the AI functionality it has rolled out.
