I especially like the ability to collaborate with hiring managers, track applicants through each stage, and use interview scorecards to collect structured feedback. It has helped streamline our internship and co-op recruiting process and provides good visibility into our recruiting pipeline.

Greenhouse is very user friendly and configuration is very basic and easy to understand. No difficult coding. Their support team is also great and you get the same team every time you create a ticket.
