Emily Keye and Aubrey Almond in particular have been a huge part of why our experience with Dotdigital has been so positive. Emily feels like an extension of our marketing team, consistently bringing proactive ideas and strategic guidance, while Aubrey's technical expertise and willingness to jump in when needed has made implementing our more advanced campaigns smooth and successful. I also really appreciate how frequently the platform is updated. Dotdigital is constantly releasing meaningful improvements and new functionality, so it never feels like a stagnant product. I find Dotdigital much simpler to use than our previous provider. The team is very hands-on, which I really appreciate. I also like the brand voice feature and the automation programs they offer.
