All-in-One Platform That Makes Scalable Customer Journeys Easy

The thing I value most is how much ground it covers in one platform -automation journeys, segmentation, SMS, whatsapp, reporting and campaign builds all sit together. The automation workflows in particular make it easy to build and scale personalised customer journeys without needing dev support for every change, which is huge when you're a small team (just me and one CRM Executive).
