Outstanding Onboarding Support and a Flexible Platform That Scales

What I like best about Dotdigital is the level of support provided throughout the onboarding process. Having access to a dedicated team who are available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer face-to-face (albeit online) support made a real difference. In fact, this was one of the main reasons I chose Dotdigital over another provider. I also like that the platform has the flexibility to grow with our business. The ability to develop more sophisticated email marketing through programmes and automations gives us confidence that we can continue to improve our customer communications over time.
