Mostly useful account view and intent signals, but weak on identification and personalization

I found the account view mostly useful, and the buying intent signals usually helped me find in-market accounts. Market insights and account-level insights were strong for me.

Strong for lead sourcing and enrichment, but contact/job data goes stale fast

I mainly use Demandbase for sourcing leads and enriching organic/existing contacts in our CRM. Their data is as complete as can be in this industry, and the tools to integrate are simple. The account view is mostly useful, and the buying intent signals help find in-market accounts very reliably. It also made marketing and sales act together somewhat better.

Demandbase One: Accurate Intent Signals, Seamless CRM Integration

I love the accuracy of Demandbase One; when I reach out to accounts showing intent, they are genuinely interested in products like ours. It's great that I have been able to book major enterprise logos with it, and it helps me typically get about a third of my quota per quarter. I also appreciate the new AI and integration with Salesforce, which works well for us. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.
