Centralized Feedback Management with Some Permission Challenges

I use Jira Product Discovery to capture raw product ideas and back them up with customer feedback, then rank and prioritize them before sending them to the dev team. It collects feedback in one spot, which is great because otherwise it's scattered all over the place. I love that it provides one clear spot to collect, collate, and organize all feedback from customers. This feature is incredibly valuable as we can justify to stakeholders why we like some ideas over others since each feedback is backed with customer quotes. The initial setup was easy.

Easy-to-Use IT Service Management Tool

The automation and workflow options are really useful. I also like how easy it is to customize ticket fields, create different workflows, and get updates on ticket progress. It makes day-to-day IT support work more organized and easier to manage.
