I like that I can create and customize agents for different purposes. For example, I can build an AI sales bot that directs customers to the right department to get a quote or to learn more technical information about a product we offer. So far, I’ve had to manually create and enter every type of conversation a customer or prospective client might have with the chatbot, then test it and go back and forth making adjustments. I’d like to be able to use Copilot to help me plug in the necessary conversation paths so I can get the results I want from the agents as I build them. Overall, it’s an easy platform to use; it just requires you to put yourself in the shoes of the person interacting with the agent so you can program the conversation flow correctly.
