**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

We like the fact that the system is easy to use in terms of its interface; it's pretty intuitive to design and build surveys. Another thing we really like about the system is that it integrates well with other platforms; we use Zendesk, and Zonka is able to integrate very successfully with it. The AI technology in Zonka is also impressive, particularly the sentiment analysis that you can use to create different rules for surveys. The people at Zonka have been great to work with and very flexible when we mentioned things of concern. They've actually added some different attributes into their system and worked with us to get problems solved in a very proactive and responsive way. We also love the usability flexibility with Zonka, like the ability to design surveys in different ways, customize the survey emails sent out, and have many different options for the types of questions and even the icons that are used for rating scales (et cetera). There's just a lot of design-based options allowing you to get anything you want out of the survey experience.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

There are some areas where some of the usability features could be tweaked, but typically, these are very small things. For instance, if there are more ways to mass edit rules or triggers that connect to your homegrown CRM software, that would be a very useful thing. Perhaps reporting could be a little bit improved within the actual product itself, but that's a very small quibble and generally their reporting is good and clear.

We use Zonka Feedback to create engaging, customizable surveys that capture specific feedback on agents and improve patient experience understanding. Its flexibility in delivery, personalization, and integration with our systems solves challenges like limited question options and impersonalized surveys, enhancing our survey effectiveness.

I like that Zonka Feedback has transitioned from a tactical tool to a strategic asset within our organization. The most impressive aspect is its ability to transform the client experience from a subjective feeling into a measurable KPI, eliminating guesswork. Its flexibility acts as a force multiplier, meaning it doesn't sit in a silo but intersects with our marketing strategy and client success operations. Additionally, the caliber of their professional support is rare; they operate more like a growth partner than a software vendor. Their support team extends as part of our team in the cybersecurity industry, ensuring speed and precision. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

There is a slight learning curve when diving into the more advanced automation and custom reporting features, but their support team is excellent in bridging that gap quickly.

The ease of setting up, deploying and reviewing the pulse of our firm with the client feedback. The Salesforce integration is absolutely amazing, I wish other vendors would do the same. The support that they offer is white gloved and they are always listening to see what kind of new features you want and actually roll ou the features you've suggested. Very easy to use and setup.

The inability to have "in-house" reviews done by an employee doing the survey over a call.

Getting feedback from clients often throughout their journey in the system. Giving that feedback to the employees, both good and bad. Fixing problems before they come up next time.

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

Surveys go out promptly and with accuracy. Responses are also swift and detailed. This alllows me to do effective follow ups on negative responses. I am also able to report accurately on all responses achieved and measure CSAT rate before and after follow ups. Extarction of responses is also quick and easy.

Sometimes the emoji icons fail to show  properly on outlook

Zonka is enabling us to meet our XLA targets. We are able to track all negative feedbacks on the services we offer and follow through until customer satisafction is acheived and value is attained. This increased the trust our customers have in us to ensure we meet SLA targets. Postive feedbacks also enables us to know the resolvers who are performing well and striving to meet their KPIs. All in  all, a warm and refreshing experience has been achieved on both reoslver and user sides.

Zonka Feedback has been a fantastic addition to our retail business. We use it to collect customer feedback at checkout and post-purchase via SMS surveys. The real-time dashboard gives us valuable insights into what customers love and where we need to improve.
Since implementing the platform, we’ve seen an improvement in our customer experience and retention rates. The NPS tracking has been particularly useful in understanding brand loyalty.

So far, we haven't come across with any downside of the product capability!

Hands down the best feedback software. I have used different tools while working in my previous organizations and this one is clearly the best out there. Super easy to set up, amazing value for money, the support is enterprise-level no matter which plan you are on.

Some things I love. 
1. Easy amazing survey builder 
2. Closing the feedback loop - not a lot of tools have done this in depth. 
3. Great reports - I have scheduled most which makes it really smooth

There isn't much to not like in Zonka Feedback. Works for me till now.

Zonka is great for being able to stand up surveys very quickly and to adjust as needed

Zonka's UI is pretty basic and has a lot of bugginess within the platform. Things can be hard to find within the tool, and functionality exists in areas that I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be. Documentation for their product is fundamental and naming conventions of many features/selections is very confusing.

Zonka has all the functionality I needed and easy out of the box integrations with the largest tools you might use it in combination with. 
The surveys look nice, they are easy to set up and distribute. Implementation into existing systems  (zendesk and twillio) was a breeze. 
The team behind Zonka is also very caring and quick to repsond. We use this as our main Csat gathering tool and have collected thousands of responses. Zonka is also cheaper than most of their comparable competitors

I have no dislikes about Zonka worth mentioning.

Zonka Feedback has significantly enhanced our customer engagement strategy. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing feedback, offering a wide array of customizable survey options that perfectly align with our brand's identity and goals. 

Pretty easy for any form of integration (we are using our Twilio account and have integration with Freshdesk for automatic surveys). 

Additionally, the customer support team at Zonka is exemplary. Their prompt assistance and willingness to guide us through any queries or customization needs have been commendable.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

For now it's hard to say because we have access to everything that we want. There is a small problem with designing own survey - but we will se if the customer service will help with that.

We've searched for a complex tool for surveys and now we have everything. 

We can easily make any type of surveys that we want (for us - most importand part was a possibility for sms surveys).

What I like the most about Zonka is that you can create as many surveys as you want, and distribute them offline, via email, SMS and integration with Zendesk.
The support is amazing, Zonka made some personalised changes for our business needs.
When you have a question Zonka's support team is there to help you if they do not know the answer straight away they will answer you within 1 day.

The platform is easy to use. The functionality of having the survey be taken offline in Kiosk mode is very helpful for those of us that work in remote locations without access to steady internet. 

Their customer service is great. I had a minor issue where I deleted an account owner, and needed help restoring the account and get access to billing. The chat functionality on their website worked well, and I had consistent help from one of their customer service representatives. 

Overall, recommend the product!

An admin user should not have the ability to delete an account owner- but otherwise no specific complaints. Wish there were more device logins possible, but its easy enough to delete device logins.

There are a plethora of features available in Zonca. Survey Builder is easy to use and offers many customization options. Templates can be used as a great starting point for creating surveys. These templates include a list of questions and sequences that will help you build an excellent survey. The system is simple and easy to use. Zonca's help section is quite exhaustive and detailed. Highly informative and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

Tier based systems have their own set of challenges for the buyer. Not all features are available in their starting tier. As you move up, the prices can be steep!

**Recommendations to others considering Zonka Feedback:**

One of the best survey tools out there. Comprehensive and value for money.

Currently, we are not facing any challenges. The benefits offered by Zonca are immense. All businesses who aspire to improve based on feedback - be it from customers, prospects, employees, etc. can benefit from their product. It is easy to use, and the value proposition is fantastic.

The versatility and use cases, mainly. Additionally, it has a super cool UX for those who complete the surveys. I use it to gauge the mood within my team and it works super well for me.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

I cannot share the results with the managers who report to me because when they log into the platform, they have access to all the others. This prevents me from managing the confidentiality of the information.

**Recommendations to others considering Zonka Feedback:**

It is a super versatile tool and although it is focused on customer or employee experience, there are a number of use cases where you can use it. Again, consider that it can only have one administrator who manages real-time analytics (this is what lowers its points).

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

Zonka Feedback is a brilliant survey tool that provides a comprehensive solution to gather user feedback and opinions. The tool has really strong features such as an easy-to-use WYSIWYG Survey Builder, templates, answer piping, and survey logic. The developers have invested a lot of time in creating this platform and have thought about everything that brings surveys to life. They have a good knowledge base for a new user to start using their platform. The amount of features available on this platform is tremendous and they have covered a lot of ground in making sure that they can cater to the requirements of different industries. Overall, an excellent tool to have in your toolbox!

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

A few of the things I miss on the platform:
- Have a way to toggle off auto-scroll to the next question (currently it scrolls to the next question automatically)
- An issue where the color of Option Text seems to be mixed with that of Button Text (for choice questions)

**What problems is Zonka Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using Zonka Feedback primarily for operation support which includes everything from employee feedback to quality assurance for our services. 

The primary benefit we realized were:

-	I love that you can create custom surveys very easily through their site/dashboard
-	You can also activate kiosk mode through their app on you iPad for when you’re having face to face interactions with client and customers and want instant feedback
-	It’s also great that you can white label your surveys, so they come from your domain
-	CNAME records were clear and very easy to set up
-	Conditional logic can be added to survey questions
-	There are pre-made surveys you can use to get started
-	 Customizable backgrounds (though a little limited)
-	Multiple language options are a nice touch
-	You can also have different surveys for different office locations, which is convenient
-	You can create different survey styles to get the level of feedback that you want
-	Integrates with Slack

-	Setup is easy, but a little tedious. Would be great if there were premade questions you can just drag and drop instead of typing in manually. 
-	You can map the fields for use with Mailchimp or th link, but would be nice to have First Name & Last Name separately for mailing list integration. (If this exists already I didn’t see how to do it)

Definitely give Zonka a try if you're looking for a fully customizable survey solution. This is a user friendly app that works through a dedicated site and through a mobile app.

I needed to get feedback from clients in a convenient yet professional way and Zonka allows me to do that easily both through my personal domain, or through their app on my iPad. This is just a clean app that is easy to use and affordable for my needs.

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

I really like how everything is logically organised in regard to the UI, the platform can handle a lot and offers a lot of options, still manages to make it easy for the user to navigate and quickly set up a survey/feedback form. Multiple templates allow for question ideas and if you are not happy, it is editable so you can customise what you want to ask your clients, plus also change colors and design. The one thing that I love about it is, the direct SMS sending option. I can distribute the survey via SMS without any hassles and use of any third-party software or automation. I can also schedule the SMS. I think it is a good platform for surveys. It also offers analytics, which makes it very convenient to analyse all the data and make it useful!

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

One thing that I don't like is the UX, which needs a little modernisation, and I think the platform gets a little slow sometimes. Other than that it is solid!

**Recommendations to others considering Zonka Feedback:**

I think if there is a feedback tool that was made to be a feedback tool, it is this one. There are similar ones that do a lot of things but Zonka does one thing and does it really well. If you need a tool for feedback, don't look here and there you will be wasting your time, try this out first and you won't have to try another one. The best part for me is SMS inclusions, earlier I had to integrate my feedback tool with other tools to send SMS which is tiresome and expensive, with Zonka its easy and inbuilt. It does a lot of complex things but still easy to understand, thanks to how well everything is logically organised in the user interface. In addition, this is the only tool I know of that offers Offline Feedback... you saw that right! offline feedback, which can be placed at your physical locations and start collecting feedback from your store visitors. Definitely check it out if you need or will ever need a proper feedback/survey tool.

Sending quick feedback forms to clients was always something I wanted to implement in my business and Zonka made it very easy for me to accomplish this. Now I am able to send survey emails right within the platform and for clients that prefer SMS, I send it via the platform as well. It has made my workflow so much easier. Getting feedback is so important for my business. And the platform offers me to quickly analysis the data as well. So I know what I need to improve on!

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

Many things!

Zonka has a modern interface on both the backend and customer-facing form. The survey builder is easy to use and has many pre-made templates. There are many options to distribute the survey, including offline (device kiosk) mode. This makes it a great tool not just for internet businesses but also for brick and mortar / traditional businesses. If you have several physical locations, Zonka even has location reporting (with appropriate plan subscription).

White label domain is supported and the set up was very easy and straightforward.

You can even export the email template to be used with popular email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, SendGrid, Hubspot and Campaign Monitor.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

Perhaps the feedback interface (in customer view) is not as "fun" as say TypeForm but it runs it close.

If the language option had a way to auto translate from english to the other option, that would be even better.

If you are running a traditional or hybrid business, look no further to use this as your survey platform. Online businesses would also benefit tremendously from it's comprehensive features.

Compared to another software with similar features, "Qwary" I'm very impressed with Zonka feedback. I was able to replace the software I was using with Zonka easily. It integrates well with Zapier, and looking forward to trying to send a survey via SMS.

There are many features available. The Survey Builder is very easy to use with numerous features and customization options. The builder allows you to click to create (customize). I have no interest in using code to customize. Thus, I like the fast and flexible design in Zonka Feedback.

The templates are tremendously helpful as a starting point to create surveys. They have lists of questions and sequences to help build a good survey.

The system is easy to navigate. There are many features to read about in their help section. The articles are very informative.

I come from using Google Forms to create surveys. I have to figure out all the new tools/features in Zonka Feedback. I don't consider this a downside to the app. Expect to be patient to read through the numerous features on each page. It will take a little bit of time to figure out all the features in Zonka Feedback.

Because there are a great many features expect to take a little time to read and test. This is not a negative point. This is important to maximize all the features and create a good automatic system.

Creating customized surveys with "if" "then" actions is a big help. Based on the way respondents answer then questions appear/or not. This helps for the segmentation of users. There are also many integrations with other apps to go even further. It will take a little reading to make everything connect fluidly. Although, I don't think it's hard to integrate.

You can only be able to collect one first/second name and phone number per survey. Not too sure if this is compliance but would be best if we could be able to ask for the names and number at least twice.

Give Zonka a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised. You can easily create CSAT surveys for your business and close the loop on the feedback from the surveys.

After looking into the Zonka, I believe there is too much potential. Our team was looking for a similar platform in the past months and we were happy to come across Zonka. 
I personally like the Whitelabel features, and the different multichannel touchpoints based on the application. I am yet to discover the different integration but in principle having Zapier and Google Sheets allows our team to readily bring Zonka into our toolkit. We are deploying in the following weeks an internal satisfaction survey for one of our clients. We will run it through Zonka and will share our thoughts based on our first experience.

I've been searching for a survey tool that not only functions well but looks great too. While there are many tools out there, it's hard to find one that does both. The quality of the out-of-the-box design templates is high, although there are also options to create your own, which is a must for me. I need to use it more to explore the full depth of what it can do but loving it so far. Lots of improvements on the roadmap too. I am liking that the company has been around for more than a year as well. It makes for a better-developed, well-rounded product.

Being a pro-designer, I was not too fond of the company logo. First impressions made me think it was cheap and led me to believe the design of the app templates might be the same—but I was pleasantly surprised. Thankfully the rest of the app is clean and well designed.

I'm a Customer Experience (CX) nerd! I help others build CX programs and measuring the CX is critical and a huge driving factor for any business! Zonka is the most robust tool for measuring a wide variety of CX activities.

I love the major CX tools like Qualtrics, but that is so expensive. Zonka gives me that functionality at a much better price.

I even had to reach out to their support for a quick question and their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful!

I consider reputation management vital to the growth of my business. Zonka already provides a very robust platform, but after speaking with Sonika about what is on their roadmap (explanation below), it was a must-purchase for me.

It took me less than 5 minutes to create a beautiful email survey that I could send to my customers. I've used survey builders in the past that are clunky and don't allow me to send something that's genuinely on-brand. Zonka's customization is fantastic. From logos, colors, and fonts, Zonka enables me to send something that aligns with my brand image.

*EDIT:  The text below is from my first time using Zonka.  Since then, they have deployed conditional redirecting from the platform.  

My interest in this product stemmed from one idea:  Conditional Redirect.  I spoke with Sonika from Zonka and she assured me this is already on their roadmap and the logical evolution of the product.  This means that if a customer responded well to your survey, that Zonka would redirect them to leave a good review on the site of your choice (Google, Trust Pilot, etc.).  While this is not yet a feature, I am very excited about the possibilities of Zonka in the future.

What caught my eye initially was the companies using Zonka Feedback. If it's good enough for some of these monster companies, it's good enough for me!

The attention to detail at every level is amazing and the ability to get feedback from customers offline is super handy.

The ability to track and measure results with responses and reports makes this tool even better. The response inbox for all your surveys makes managing feedback really easy.

Customer service seems to be A1 and the roadmap looks very promising.

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

Zonka Feedback makes it extremely easy and convenient to create a survey, collect customer feedbacks.

It only take me a few minutes to create a great-looking survey. And another few minutes for designing a form to collect feedback about customer experiences of my website. Thanks a lot to the convenient templates (very rich and powerful) that Zonka offer.

Zonka also give a mock-up of Ipad version on how the survey will appear, which is quite neat for visualizing how online and offline feedback will appear to customers.

I also like that I can collect feedbacks from multi-channels, web, SMS, offline, e-mail, app etc.

It is one of the best in the niche of surveys and customer experience feedback, for my impression. Zonka is not general, it is a very specific segmental customer survey focused. And it does the job well.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

I think Zonka can develop and expand further into other niches, with the solid background it is having now. For example, quizzes, virals, giveaways etc.

I also hope that there would be more devices to be offered for offline survey per one account. The current 4 devices for Professional Plan is Ok but I would be hopeful for more to be more helpful.

**What problems is Zonka Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been looking for a neat and effective solution for the surveys, which include both offline and online. Certainly online is the most common (and most convenient and cheapest) option. However, it would be handy to have tools that can also do offline.

I have tons of app that can do online. But with Zonka, I can also do offline, and this is rare. Zonka really helps me with that when I need, and I found myself needing this when I have Zonka now.

**What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?**

Zonka is incredibly easy to use - I created my first survey and had it deployed in minutes.  The feature set and customizations available make this one powerful survey and feedback solution.

**What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?**

This isn't really a dislike - but was the least smooth part of the setup for me.  It takes a little work to get the integrations setup and there is a little learning curve for deploying surveys - at least for me there was, but that's really not a negative of the software at all.

**What problems is Zonka Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zonka enables us to gather valuable UX data quickly, which enables us to respond and adapt very quickly to customer needs and expectations.
