What I like best about Zolie is being able to focus on my clients without stopping to answer the phone. We use it as an AI receptionist for our spa to answer questions about services and pricing and book appointments directly into Square Appointments. The Square integration is especially helpful because bookings go into the calendar we already use. Having calls answered while we’re busy or closed also makes it easier for customers to book without waiting for a callback. And on top of that, it's very affordable compared with other AI Receptionist product on the market. And their support team is super responsive. I don’t have any major dislikes so far. Zolie’s AI receptionist handles our spa’s phone calls and books directly into Square Appointments, which covers what we need most.
