**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

I love the wide range of functionality in Zoho Billing, especially the ability to configure add-ons and discount coupons in a number of different ways. Along with its beautiful and easy to use Ui-UX, and Back Integration for Direct Debits, was a cherry on top. Also, the performance and speed of Zoho Billing is Awesome, and it comes with a free tier pricing as well. Support is also top notch, as they help to develop the required features as well, and I asked for AI features and they recently launched that as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

Nothing negative so far. The more I use it, the more I’m loving it.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to develop and subscription charging software from the scratch, it has everything we need for recurring charges.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

I really appreciate the tremendous customer support from Zoho Billing; they're very prompt in helping out with all of my queries, and they are very helpful. I also like that I can create plans monthly, annually, or quarterly, with the liberty for customization. Plus, it gives us a report which generates our MRR and helps me plan my revenue for the coming month too. The initial setup was like a walk on cake, and I'm really happy with it because they assisted us. Overall, I'm quite happy with Zoho Billing.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

I believe they can improve a lot on some revenue related reports. They can provide in-depth reports or even if customization can be possible in generating reports in the back end. That would be really great.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Billing to record all our subscriptions and manage them monthly, annually, or quarterly. It helps track subscriber revenues and plan monthly revenue. It allows creating customizable plans and generates MRR reports.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

Very easy to use, easy to integrate on website or use as part of the suite of Zoho tools, very easy for customers to pay using their card so there is great collection of payments. Pricing is good though for smaller companies the commissions could be more flexible perhaps. Support is great, awesome response times. Never had issues with performance, always up and running, payout times are great.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

When you do not have frequent payments the commission from each payment is kind of steep, would appreciate more flexible pricing.

Zoho billing helps to collect customer payments in a very efficient manner, offering easy card processing with great user interface for customers

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

It makes it easy for me to collect payment from prospective customers. I like the history that you can view on each users tab, and the customization available too.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

I wish it would autorequest payment from users. Right now, I manually send emails and follow up emails asking users to click a link to put their credit card info on a third party site. I wish this process was a bit smoother on the customer side.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, credit card collection for payment of subscriptions. It allows us to easily see who has not yet entered payment information to the system so I can continue with follow up by sharing the time sensitive personalized link.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

I liked features like automated payment reminders, detailed analytics, and flexible pricing plans, integration with payment engines. No need to download, pay-as-you go

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

For bigger data size it may just slow down. Complex workflows of subscription may not easy to implement. Not useful in case on-premise system is required. Support for complex workflows will be welcome

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subscription billing is tedious task but has some repeatative task like creating and managing subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions, suspend subscription, allow payments etc. Recreating this for every website is painful , Zoho subscription allows you to just plug in their product and use all these features.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

The extensive list of applications included in Zoho One is the best thing about it. There is at least one application for almost all your business needs in Zoho One suite. In some instances, there are even multiple apps that can fulfill your requirement. Do you need an accounting application? You have Zoho books, invoice, expense, inventory, subscription. You have Zoho CRM to maintain your leads and customers. There are Zoho campaigns and marketing hub for your marketing team. Zoho Analytics for BI and business analytics to make dashboards and reports. The best part is that all these applications come tightly integrated, i.e, you do not have to pass data between these applications manually; it'll all happen automatically in the background. All these come at a meager price. I don't think there is any other suite of applications at this price point; hence, Zoho One is a lifesaver for any start-up starting out.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

The list of applications can become extremely overwhelming when deciding which one to use for which case. This can become even more daunting since even the Zoho support staff won't be able to tell you fully which one you should use. For example, Both campaigns and marketing hub helps you create marketing campaigns; now, which one should you use? Or Zoho books can manage subscriptions, inventory, invoices, and expenses, but there are separate apps for these needs too, so should you use a particular application of just Zoho Invoice? You can end up in analysis paralysis while deciding which isn't beautiful. The second problem is you might not even need all the applications in the Zoho One suite; now, there is no way you can remove a few applications from the billing. You will have to either buy the entire Zoho One suite or buy the applications you need individually, which will make the overall billing very costly

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho One gives us a bunch of applications that empower us to run our business smoothly. It has benefited us immensely since we do not have to look and search for other third-party applications for day-to-day activities. Since most of the applications are very easy to implement and run, we do not even need to hire an additional resource to handle the suite, and that's a good save on the expense.

We use Zoho one and it is like a god for our business. Using a single subscription we can manage marketing, sales, support, billing, subscription and lots more. This is a really good platform for us to do everything under a single platform.

Sometime, it takes time for the Zoho support to get back to us. However, there are so many videos, help docs and much more using which most of the times, we are able to sort out the problems on our own.

It is providing us with a single platform Zoho One which helps us manage more than 50+ operations which are seamlessly integrated with each other. This reduces our effort on vendor management and integration requirements.

The best thing I like the most about Zoho subscriptions is related to the Zoho CRM subscription which I am currently using to optimize my sales funnel of the company. It's highly customizable and provides more flexibility to the user to reshape the UI/UX according to their needs.

The per-user package plan gets expensive for the corporate companies and Zoho sometimes goes after the money as they are charging extra bugs to provide the advance reporting features.

The main thing I dislike about the subscriptions is that we cannot add  more than 500 no. Of customer. Also the AI assistant is not so accurate and does not add any value.

It is having a very simple interface for the users and it is very easy to get reports by adding any type of criteria which gives an all-round view.

They need to work more on the Payment Integration part where the real-time payment sync and failed payment notifications need to be captured more precisely.

Zoho subscription is one of the best tool I found as SAAS application as it helps our end user in billing the sheets and all acounting problems It helps in creating a best analysis chart for all the accounting things.

Excellent if you are into Saas-based product business, it can track many things like signups, most selling SKUs, etc on a monthly, or weekly basis. It also helps to autogenerate invoices, you can connect multiple API automation. Works really well.

Lack of integration with non-zoho applcation. Zoho payroll and Assets are not available as standard part of Zoho books premium plan.

Zoho provides complete workspace with number of required applications which can be used by integrating with each other. As a Zoho Creator Developer I like deluge best.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

Few limitations and updates on Creator v6 weren't stable and still need alot of testing and updates to fix up those gaps. As a developer we need to get proper logs as well.

Zoho subscriptions basically handles your customer subscription billing cycle from end to end and automate recurring billing as well. It helps to send professional GST-complaint invoices.

Price of individual products needs to be updated. Entire line ups can't be imported in bulk.

As we have ton of subscriptions, we won't be knowing where we are investing properly or not. This software helps us to localise each investment and point out the issues.

Zoho Subscriptions has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface that makes it easy to view and manage subscriptions and check payments quickly. Many valuable reports can be run and viewed.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

In our implementation, I have not come across any issues or strange UI difficulties, or anything worth noting. The product has worked fantastically for us in each use.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

I would give Zoho Subscriptions a look. If you are familiar with any of the Zoho Suite of apps, then Subscriptions becomes even more useful and powerful, as many of the Zoho apps integrate.

We can track the existing subscriptions we have from customers, as well as Invoice payments, and view easy-to-read reports detailing the subscriptions and money flow.

We process six digits on the 1st of every month flawlessly for thousands of our clients.  We have never had an issue and everything is 100% automatic.  There is even a dunning feature that will keep trying to run the card.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

All of the things that I did not like at the beginning of the deployment 5 years ago have been changed and are no longer relevant.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

If you need to automatically run credit cards every month and you don't want to have the responsibility of maintaining those cards securely, then Zoho Subscriptions is for you.  It only costs $30 per user per month so it is very cost effective.

Easy to use, easy to integrate with Paypal, and other transactional services for Credit card processing. Integration with other solutions like CRM, invoicing, bookkeeping, digital marketing, inventory, among much others

You will need other Zoho tools, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Inventory, but now you can get a Zoho One solution to integrate all at a very much lower cost.

Check all the Zoho products, you will need the CRM and the Books to manage most of the  requirements of average business.

A dashboard to integrate CRM customer list and montly charges, in a very easy way to manage and have automated this collection proces.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

We like the ability for us to integrate ZOHO Subscriptions with ZOHO CRM.  If makes it much easier for us to know when our customers are paying us.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

We don't like the fact that when we change the email in subscriptions it automatically updates ZOHO CRM, we would like to option of having both.  Not that we have many time that they are different it would just be nice to have that option.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

The only issue we currently experience has to do with how it handles the process of accepting ACH transactions.  It is not a true reflection of which account are outstanding because of the time it takes for them to clear an ACH transaction is 15 days.  We get paid withing 3 business days but the processing of clearing that payment is very long.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to take us hours to verify payments and now we can do that almost immediately.  This has improved our operations and saved us time and money

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

Zoho allows us to pull so many detailed reports. We can look at reports that let us know when someone's subscription was cancelled, why a subscription might fail, and more. The reporting ability really puts it above the competition. The customized payment portals are really useful too and easy to work with. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

We're still searching for a function that catches, and notifies us automatically, of subscriptions that fail to process (regardless of the reason). Sometimes a subscription will fail and without constant checking, it would be missed. 

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho allows us to keep better reporting as to identify leaks in our recurring subscriptions. Other programs we have used have only provided minimal reporting and left us trying to manually create and keep up on our own reports. Therefore Zoho saves us time, which we all know is money.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

How fast is it to start working on subscriptions? Easy visibility of tasks in order of due date with Zoho Books Accounting. How fast is the execution of the registrations?

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

We are still looking for a function that automatically captures and notifies us of subscriptions that fail to process, regardless of the reason. I would like to have an open API, but after talking with support, I found out that there are more integration options that require some tech nerd help. We don't like the fact that when we change the email in subscriptions it automatically updates the ZOHO CRM, we would like to have the option to have both. I wish there was a Stripe ACH integration as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

I was looking for something to replace an obsolete and difficult-to-manage automated customer subscription renewal system, eliminating human subversions. Zoho Subscriptions delivered on all our needs. Therefore, Zoho saves us time, which we all know is money.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

It's very easy to set up and it integrates with all major payment gateways - including Stripe. It removes the pain of managing recurring subscriptions and sending invoices. The pricing is simple and straightforward. The basic plan covers you up to 500 customers - which is more than enough to begin with.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

The integration with Zoho Books was a little tricky as we are using Stripe. All the Stripe payments were being double counted until we configured the settings in Zoho Books to properly record Stripe payments.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

Easy to set up and extremely straightforward pricing.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best benefit of delegating subscriptions to an external service in general is that you don't have to worry about your customers' personally identifiable information (PII). This liability is suddenly shifted to Zoho Subscriptions and they do a great job at hiding sensitive data about customers that even as an administrator I am unable to see (e.g. credit card info). This is great if you're doing a security audit (e.g. SOC-2) as no sensitive customer data is being stored in your internal systems.

I really like how easy it is to use. My subscriptions are totally on autopilot. Love the guest portal that saves me from dealing with customers expired credit cards!

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

I wish zoho would integrate bank account transfers for Stripe. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

Subscription billing software is EXPENSIVE for some reason, Zoho is a great solution. They have a robust API which I do not really use, but I love that it is available in case I want to integrate in the future. They seem to be making constant updates so good to know development is very active.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spend more time working on my business products and less time worrying about collecting money.

I have tried a multitude of other softwares out there, from free, to cheap, to expensive. It always ends up the same way. After thinking this fits perfectly, it ends up being that one or two things that I need that the system just can't do. With Zoho Subscriptions it's so customizable it can handle anything any way I want.

Nothing really. Nothing. Zip. Nada. Ingenting.

Zoho subscriptions makes it easy for me to configure new plans on the go. Most of our clients need custom plans, so this is a big benefit for us.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

This allows 'groups' of plans, with add-ons and specific coupons for those groups. Prices, recurring transaction management and its new widget work wonders. It connects to invoices and shows customers who have registered. It allows installation fees and unique rates if you need them.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

The widget needs a little more options, and there should be a better "preview" and a way to perform test transactions.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

Zoho is probably the most efficient and cost-effective way to manage subscription-based products for anyone who does not have that built-in capability on their site / systems already. I recommend it 100%

I have been using Zoho subscriptions for more than 5 months. I was looking for something to replace an obsolete and difficult to manage system. With Zoho, we can manage all aspects of subscription services for our products in one place with an elegant design.

I like that i can postpone payments without canceling the whole membership. I also like that you can email the customer right through the portal.

When adding a new customer it could be a little more user friendly in pointing you in the right direction if you miss something. It just tells you that you missed ... but it doesn't highlight where to find it. So if your not used to the site your a little confused.

Its a great program that offers customers access to cancel anytime they want.

Zoho Subscriptions helps our business offer a membership options that the customer is in control of. It really helps for those members who are only around to use our services for half the year.

Zoho Subscriptions is easy to setup and use. The app handles recurring payments very smoothly, and also integrates with various other Zoho apps, including CRM, Books, and Cliq, among others.

Zoho Subscriptions has worked very well for us to date, and we do not have any current complaints or drawbacks for our use.

Give Zoho Subscriptions a try if you're interested in automating your billing process and recurring payments from customers. There is a great Trialing system for all Zoho Apps that allows you to verify if it is a good fit for you.

Zoho Subscriptions allows for us to easily handle recurring payments and automate much of the billing process. This has resulted in less internal work needed in order to keep this working smoothly.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

We struggled with keeping track of payments on our rental units, with Zoho Subscriptions that is one less thing we have to worry about.  Zoho Subscriptions is a set it and forget it deal, once we input the user, the cc and the time frame for billing and amount, zoho always remembers to charge their card and sends us an email confirming the transaction.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

I can't say there is much to dislike about this portion of Zoho, they have many modules which some lack the features we need, but with Subscriptions, it's there for one purpose and it works well.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a platform to manage the payments for our rentals, it saves me time from trying to remember who I need to charge when.

**What do you like best about Zoho Billing?**

How quick it is to get up and running for subscriptions. It has a lot of integration options out of the box. You don't need to be super tech savvy to get the program launched. I also really like how email notifications can be sent out prior to the billing cycle as reminders. Which is especially nice for clients that are small businesses.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Billing?**

Kind of wish there was an open API right there but after talking with support I learned there are more integration options that require some tech savvy nerd help. I wish there was a Stripe ACH integration as well. Overall for the very low cost price that you pay you get a lot of features and benefits from it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Billing:**

They have a free trial and version which makes it easy to test out while you are still learning about your options. They have free email support as well and a lot of documentation that often has screen shots so you can see where you need to go and do what is needed to customize around your business.

**What problems is Zoho Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Zoho Subscriptions for a few different things, but mainly I sell a software as a service (SaaS). This allows me to remind customers of upcoming credit card charges before they are billed, as well as have a customer portal that they can add/edit card numbers so I don't have to. .
