In my first round of using Zoho Projects, I used their document folder, which gives you basic office-type programs, and that made my job a lot easier because it's a single source of truth. Nothing really to dislike, but I would like a tab for a formal project plan or a charter. Sure, this could be separate and live in the documents folder or in SharePoint, but I think it would be nice to have it for review with one click.
