I have been using Zoho Meetings and it is fantastic. What I liked about Zoho meetings is the security of online meetings which they offer. It has meeting locking options and access permissions for a secure meeting environment. Another thing which I liked most was the screen sharing feature. It is simple to use and the design is clean. Screen sharing, recording, and connecting with other Zoho apps work smoothly. The video and audio quality are good, and it is also safe and secure. I also like that it can be used for webinars. It can improve a little in mobile app experience and speed, but overall it is a strong and useful tool. There is no option to open it in the browser; if someone is not aware that it's Zoho Meeting, then by the time you download and join, you're already late for the meeting. I have not experienced any lags, glitches, or call drops, unlike what sometimes happens with Teams or Gmeet. Even when my network connection is weak, it often performs quite well. I primarily use it for demos, query calls, and similar interactions with the Zoho team. However, I am not ready to replace Zoom or Gmeet with it for internal team communications just yet.
