This is the easiest way to conduct meetings, and it's also very simple to implement. Holding client meetings is straightforward, and receiving the recording instantly along with the transcript makes it much easier to review the calls afterward. The main issue I’ve noticed is that it sometimes lags quite a bit, and the video quality occasionally suffers as a result. I like using Zoho Meeting for its simple UI/UX, which makes it easy to join meetings or calls without having to log in. It's really convenient for conference meetings and interview calls. I have been using Zoho Meetings and it is fantastic. What I liked about Zoho meetings is the security of online meetings which they offer. It has meeting locking options and access permissions for a secure meeting environment. Another thing which I liked most was the screen sharing feature.
