I find that it solves major problems like meeting recordings, easily providing links for external users to join, and saving shared documents to Zoho WorkDrive. I like the impressive user interface and the employee-friendly features, such as changing the view during meetings and the focused talk view. The meeting recordings being automatically saved adds great value. It was quite easy to set up with the step-by-step instructions provided in the application. Excellent transcription capabilites which allows me to make minutes for large minutes extremely fast. I used to be scared to host meeting because the minutes would take me a couple of days to write and get write, but with Zoho Meetings, I simply summarise the meeting transcript in Claude AI, and I am good to go. The flexibility of the integrations it offers adds the kind of nuance you want for your meetings. Both the paid and free versions of the meeting platform provide tools that help as you build your business and as you expand it. The UI is simple enough to navigate on a daily basis. I’ve tried other meeting systems, and this one’s performance exceeded my expectations. Support is readily available. I haven’t tested the AI yet, but I’m sure I will at some point.
