What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Easy to implement - we took three months to give zLinq our contracts and our service team quickly reviewed and identified areas for improvement. Our customer support has been fantastic -- getting answers quickly. It's impossible to NOT hit your ROI in working with zLinq. They have existing relationships with many providers and know what can be done to lower your costs. What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

What do you like best about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

Love that they are looking for savings that we just don't have the time to go digging into. zLinq acts as a staff augmentation for us and they are good at finding value. zLinq has multiple departments that can assist at looking into your voice billing to helping architect and RFP your next big implementation. What do you dislike about zLinq Communications Lifecycle Management?

We already have a value add partnership, which has created some questions on who is doing what. It has also created additional concerns from our vendors.
