What do you like best about brightfin?

We brought on Mobile Solutions (Now Brightfin) to help us organize and save money, and they have more than done just that. With all the changes and updates we have with our build-out of our portal, they communicate daily and weekly to help get this off the ground. The training they have provide to my help desk team has been great and flaw-less, I feel like they work with us and not for us. What do you like best about brightfin?

Our direct communication and meetings with Sunny and Lorenzo our Client Delivery managers have helped us make the Holt environment just amazing. I absolutely love and look forward to our meetings. It's like we have our own little team within BrightFin helped us keep all the big stuff under control. I love the way the platform works and how much they offer to help. With how intuitive and amazing the MAX platform is that we're on I'm really excited to see all the new features that we get with the new BrightFin platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about brightfin?

Whatever less than nothing is. YOU GUYS ROCK! I have absolutely no complaints with either the service desk or our client managers. Everyone is so helpful, fast, and caring. I guess I do dislike that I can't be best friends with all who work there :( Thank you for existing and making our lives that much easier. Maybe something I would love to add is the ability to send an email to an email account and have that create a ticket from there? What do you like best about brightfin?

Constant availability. I can always count on Brightfin to be there when I need them. They do a great job of dealing with phone providers for me. They are also very friendly. It didn't take long before I was on a first name basis with many of the helpdesk personnel. We also have a very helpful account manager and I know I can count on her to resolve any issue or to answer any questions I have. I know I can count on Brightfin to accurately keep track of my mobile hardware inventory and available phone lines from each provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about brightfin?

Sometimes the helpdesk personnel can be difficult to understand on the phone. They use headsets that are not of the best quality, and it makes it hard to hear. Soemtimes I can tell that the helpdesk persons are working from home as I can hear a baby or dog in the background. A little more professionalism from these individuals would be appreciated. What do you like best about brightfin?

Brightfin helps me manage the day-to-day job duties. Anything from activating a new line to ordering new devices and troubleshooting issues, they are there to do it all. I put in a ticket and they do the rest. I could not manage our account without them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about brightfin?

I like being able to enter tickets to have devices activated or suspended/ cancelled. Also nice to be able to send techs that are having connectivity issues due to some carrier issue to the tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about brightfin?

Updating of information on the site takes a bit too long. If you cancel a line, that might not relfect on Brightfin for 2 billing cycles (2 months). So reports can be somewhat wrong. If they were to do a dailey scrub of Verizon or carrier account data and update their database, it would probably correct this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
