**What do you like best about brightfin?**

We brought on Mobile Solutions (Now Brightfin) to help us organize and save money, and they have more than done just that. With all the changes and updates we have with our build-out of our portal, they communicate daily and weekly to help get this off the ground. The training they have provide to my help desk team has been great and flaw-less, I feel like they work with us and not for us. I would recommend this company to any business that is trying to organize there mobile infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Them showing me how much money we waste.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been overpaying for services we do not use, and helped save us money on our data usages by monitoring and keeping track of who is going over there data plans and who is not. I was very skeptical at first but the numbers do not lie, and you see real changes and savings.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

Our direct communication and meetings with Sunny and Lorenzo our Client Delivery managers have helped us make the Holt environment just amazing. I absolutely love and look forward to our meetings. It's like we have our own little team within BrightFin helped us keep all the big stuff under control. I love the way the platform works and how much they offer to help. With how intuitive and amazing the MAX platform is that we're on I'm really excited to see all the new features that we get with the new BrightFin platform.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Whatever less than nothing is. YOU GUYS ROCK! I have absolutely no complaints with either the service desk or our client managers. Everyone is so helpful, fast, and caring. I guess I do dislike that I can't be best friends with all who work there :( Thank you for existing and making our lives that much easier. Maybe something I would love to add is the ability to send an email to an email account and have that create a ticket from there? That is something that I think would make it just that much better than it already is.

**Recommendations to others considering brightfin:**

If you are the manager of your company's phone asset management I would definitely recommend having BrightFin help in some capacity. these are intelligent people that know what they're doing and even if they aren't completely hands on with others as they are with us they will be able to assist you on getting on the right path.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing expenses, not having to deal with carriers long wait time, having our own personal service desk and set of solutions for phone issues that is practically completely offloaded. I love how they can lso handle the entire lifecycle of our devices. From order, to upgrade, to disposal. We can have that all in one place and I think that's awesome! Also the insightful data usage reports as well as the beautiful presentations Sunny makes for us to let us know the status of our accounts, the saving's we're experiencing and other things we can do to reduce cost and overall make our management more neat.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

Constant availability. I can always count on Brightfin to be there when I need them. They do a great job of dealing with phone providers for me. They are also very friendly. It didn't take long before I was on a first name basis with many of the helpdesk personnel. We also have a very helpful account manager and I know I can count on her to resolve any issue or to answer any questions I have. I know I can count on Brightfin to accurately keep track of my mobile hardware inventory and available phone lines from each provider.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Sometimes the helpdesk personnel can be difficult to understand on the phone. They use headsets that are not of the best quality, and it makes it hard to hear. Soemtimes I can tell that the helpdesk persons are working from home as I can hear a baby or dog in the background. A little more professionalism from these individuals would be appreciated.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They keep track of my phone inventory and my contracts with phone providers. When using MAX, I know I can accurately determine which of my phone lines are in use or are available. They make it easy to use a buddy upgrade when I need to, which saves us a lot of money. Brightfin has been an invaluable partner for years now as Mobile Solutions, and I can't imagine how much more it would have cost to manage our mobile environment without them over the last few years.

Capabilities, one stop shop for billing and review. Audits are a breeze to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

So far, we're a year in and I haven't had issues that make me dislike anything.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory, track expenses by location, division and comparisons are easy to get. Wireless is helpful in seeing the total picture as all 3 carriers are in 1 concise report.
Wirleline allows me to view all services for a location which has improved our aboility to catch service that should have been removed but got missed in  closing a site.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

Brightfin helps me manage the day-to-day job duties.  Anything from activating a new line to ordering new devices and troubleshooting issues, they are there to do it all.  I put in a ticket and they do the rest.  I could not manage our account without them.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Nothing.  I have always had a great experience working with Brightfin

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The account I manage is about 550 lines.  There is no way I could keep track of all the devices and contracts. They take care of all the leg work so I don't need to spend hours on the phone with the carrier.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

Since using them we have had full carrier data transparency. This clear reported data has helped our company manage our wireless account better than working directly with the carrier. Our Account Rep and her team have been a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Paying money per line to a 3rd party to see carrier data in a way that saves money is an unfortunate reality.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brightfin continues to show reductions in cost per line by managing the carrier data in a way that prevents overages. We have recognized the need for Brightfin the same way a good Realtor is needed in a tricky Home transaction. Sometimes it pays to have a professional team help with the constant fight with carriers.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

I like being able to enter tickets to have devices activated or suspended/ cancelled.  Also nice to be able to send techs that are having connectivity issues due to some carrier issue to the tech support.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Updating of information on the site takes a bit too long.  If you cancel a line, that might not relfect on Brightfin for 2 billing cycles (2 months).  So reports can be somewhat wrong.  If they were to do a dailey scrub of Verizon or carrier account data and update their database, it would probably correct this issue.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

processing tickets for activations and suspensions has been nice.

If you are looking for a company to help you cut your mobile device costs and reporting more efficiently, then you should try brightfin.

They help us lower our monthly cellular bill, and their reporting feature is easy to import into our accounting system. Their customer service department is very professional and our user's feel comfortable troubleshooting with them.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

One of the upsides of using Brightfin is customer service. I am in contact with our account manager almost every day and she is always helpful and responsive to any questions I have.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

Historically, the user interface has not been all that intuitive. But, I have seen a presentation of upcoming user interface changes and it looks very promising.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have eliminated a large amount of unused wireless lines that were never disconnected, we have greatly benefited from their help-desk service that allows employees to reach someone for help in the case of urgent requests, and we have realized savings through their optimizations of our wireless plans each quarter.

**What do you like best about brightfin?**

That I have one contact name Josh.  That's it.

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

We have had several duplicate orders sent to us.   I then have to return the duplicate phones back more than once.

They do not add Employee names on the box or packing slip.  We order several at a time and it makes it extremely difficult to figure out whose is whose.

**What problems is brightfin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like using Max Mobile Solutions.  They are reliable.

Stop wasting money trying to manage your own cellular accounts.

Brightfin has helped our organization wrangle all of our mobile devices into one point of visibility.  We have achieved significant savings month after month without any end-user disruption.

I rarely call, but sometimes I wait on hold to speak to someone.

We are able to be hands off in managing our telecom expense. They handle purchasing for us as well allowing us to focus on more value add tasks. They portal also gives us quick insight into utilization on our accounts.

I like submitting tickets for different aspects of services I need

**What do you dislike about brightfin?**

I have had trouble when inserting tickets with them being done timely or correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering brightfin:**

It is going in the right direction, just has some current hiccups.

We do have the benefit of not waiting on the phone to speak with the carrier.  We are making our time dealing with the problem shorter (at times) by just entering a ticket and getting a resolution.
