Understand that every new tool is a challenge for lay users accustomed to tools established in the market. Here users have always used Outlook and switching to Zimbra was a little difficult. What problems is Zimbra Desktop solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation of Zimbra Desktop in our company happened for financial reasons. As it is a free client and users prefer to use a local client instead of a webmail to be able to store their emails locally, we adopted this solution.
