Zimbra is a very acceptable platform to improve internal and external communication within the organization; it is currently used to create videoconferences and discuss work issues between teams and with superiors, in such a way a better tuning and better knowledge of the status of the projects being carried out is maintained. Today, Zimbra is used throughout our organization for its communicative potential. The main bet thing I found is we can create rules in this, using this rules option we can move certain perticular comman mails to selected folder and it also provide notification feature this is the good one.

- installation is slow. It could be faster.
