**What do you like best about zHealth?**

I really like the completely customizable SOAP notes that I can build for myself. I love the features where I can have patients schedule online, and it's nice to wake up to a message of a booked new or existing patient and with a full schedule booked just from online scheduling. I really like their billing because they are excellent with contact and updates, keeping me on track. The support team is fantastic, always readily available and pretty responsive. All in all, it's just been a great service with zHealth.

zHealth solves scheduling and management issues, offers appointment reminders, two way text communication and provides billing services. I love the customizable SOAP notes and online scheduling, leading to a full booked schedule. Their billing, updates, and responsive support team keep me on track.

As a busy physical therapy provider with multiple facilities across Southern California, we needed an EHR that could scale with us — and zHealth has delivered! The system is intuitive, efficient, and makes scheduling, and documentation across locations seamless. Their support team is responsive and truly understands the needs of growing practices....out team members adapted quickly and seamlessly with excellent onboarding from the zhealth support team....Sunny and Elijah are the best!

We do not like anything about this company

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

The unhelpful support staff and the inability of providing the help that we needed to get our clinic set up are two MAJOR reasons why I would never reccommend this company.  We connected with a sales rep who quit while we were in the process of purchasing the software.  Long story short our clinic fell through the cracks.  The company is aware that this occured and we have spoken to managment and they seem to be just as bad.  No one has helped us set up the software, no one got back with us about paying Zhealth an additional price to fix the issues that we have continually had.  Do not waste your time with this company.

The exceptional support system and wealth of helpful guides and articles further enhance the user experience. 
Integration of new features to facilitate the management and navigation of the system.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

I would like to have a more affordable integration for taking payments, the current one has higher rates, and for start up doctors is not convenient I could use a card processor with high percentage for transactions. 
The rest of the system is just fantastic and I enjoy!

The whole team worked with me to modify my soap notes, the process, and the communication were smooth, real easy to work with. They are responsive and they care for the clients.

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

After searching high and low for an EHR that fit my practice, I stumbled upon zHealth. I was sold after out demo call. Its affordable, user friendly, and simple. It also gives the option to have membership based practice, which I could not find anywhere else for such a great value/price.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

For future versions, I would suggest family profiles and the ability to use one credit card for an entire family on memberships.

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zHealth has made my membership based practice run so smoothly. The search bar at the top of the home page has the answer and step by step screenshot procedure for ANY questions you may have.

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

zHealth was very easy to integrate into practice and has saved me so much time with notes and record keeping. For the cost it delivers a lot more functionality than ChiroTouch did. Customer support is incredible.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Functionally zHealth is very good overall. Sometimes, the appearance can be a bit much. When there are a lot of click boxes and options that are preselcted it can be difficult to locate certain options on your screen.

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cutting down on the time it takes to complete SOAP notes and patient checkins. The system also makes it very efficient to veiw patient profiles and any files that are attached, including xrays and reports.

Updates are always being implemented; we have complete confidence in our support team to fix any bugs or issues that arise. The timely response and assistance is very helpful and allows us to focus more on our Patients.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Some things are not as user-friendly as we would like, such as requiring a phone number but no DOB. A better mobile site or [even better] mobile app would be beneficial to our practice.

When we have any issue with charts or billing, we are able to contact support and have confidence that we will get a response within hours to resolve the issue or recover chart information.

It is easy to use and I am able to do my notes quickly. I have told many people about this product and it is easy to show people how to use it. Love it more then other eHRs

Communication but that is not major issue, it's the only issue I have with them. Otherwise this is a lot better and the cost is perfect.

They are keeping my patients records secure and making it easy for me to give billing records and to insurance companies for payment and makes getting paid easy

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

The zHealth on-line software makes running an office very simple and straight forward. From scheduling, to check in, chart notes, collection and billing, all runs efficiently.  If I am out off the office and need to check something on a patient's chart I can pull it up on my phone.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Because the chart notes need to be personalized for your industry and your practice, setting up the software is challenging. You cannot make changes to the wording or add phrases as your needs change. It would be great if you could make the changes you need without having to have someone at the company do it.

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a chiropractic office can be very challenging and zHealth helps simplify a huge aspect of running an office.  It really makes it ease to bring in someone new and have them up and running quickly.

We love the tailored experience and the efforts to really listen to us and create an experience that assists in our day to day. It has been a very rewarding experience to have the ability to get things done in a timely manner.

Scrolling, many of the windows that could have scrolling don't, so sometimes it seems like we are scrolling up and down constantly to get information inputted into the system.

Efficiency is our main concern; getting paperwork done and filed and being compliant with current "stuff" is a huge bonus. No one wants to go home and take work with them for hours on end.

I  am pleased with the speed of EHR and time saving applications.

zHealth is easy to use and the customer service team is outstanding.  Another aspect that sold us on this software was that it was not dependant on our server.  I could log in from anywhere and have access to our office!

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Have had a bit of trouble with the payment processing portion.  There are still a few bugs that may not be the fault of zhealth, but of the processing bank.

We needed an affordable chiropractic software that was not too complicated to use.  This is it!

I like the online scheduling option for our patients and I like the web-based notes for me!

Switching can be a challenge. It was a commitment but it was worht it.

With zHealth's web-based software I can leave the office when I am done seeing patients and complete work from home. 
With zHealth's online schedule option, my schedule fills with patients who fit my ideal client description.

This is a Great company continually evolving for the better.  The developers take your suggestions and try to fine tune their software.  Customer service is quick to respond via email and you can reach a person live if needed.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

There is a learning curve but that is to be expected with any new endeavor.  This was easily overcome by having a little patience and playing with the software.

This EHR is comprehensive and easy to use.  The appointment scheduler is easy to use and customized Lt for multiple providers.  I love the templates that are customizable and the electronic billing is easy to use.

I like that I am able to color coordinate each patient to different categories.

Wish the patient self-check-in was in Spanish or offered in other languages, other than English.

One on one support with Moises and Ryan has been wonderful. I enjoy the personal touch, and this team works hard to meet your special needs while remembering your name.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

I am not a tech-savvy person but having Ryan help me along the way has been necessary to learn the system. He has gone above and beyond to make our meetings informative and as smooth as possible during training and customization.

Trying to go paperless in the office is a big challenge, but this system has worked well for us. There are still a few papers that will need to be scanned in by hand, but I'm hoping to learn the system and integrate this in the future.

This software is very user friendly. There is a learning  curve, however, the staff is not always helpful.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

I don't like the recording system.  If a patient prepays for visits, it does not record in an efficient manner.

**Recommendations to others considering zHealth:**

I highly recommend this software for chiropractic offices.  It is a very efficient way to complete notes.

The efficiency to complete a note in minutes is excellent.  The templates can be custom made.  I am grateful it is so easy.

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

This is a web based software. It is easily used with a touchscreen PC or tablet. I love the simplicity and the learning curve was minimal for the whole staff. zHealth notes were customized for me and I can literally complete a note in 1 minute. The software is setup for a patient kiosk, which I highly recommend (we have a dedicated iPad on a stand). Patients check in as they arrive, making the charting easy. Also, there the ability to bill electronically, and upload patient files. The reps are very friendly and genuinely want to help you (thanks Jacob).

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

No 800 number, however I know they are working on that.

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick charting free's up more time to treat patients. Less headaches, too

It's fast and easy to use. It has everything I need, from billing to notes, and you can move seamlessly between them. My staff loves the ease of use. We're finding ways to pull out info and documents that are specific to our needs.

Not much. I like everything I see and have done with the software.

Notes are done in 2 minutes or less. It saves me so much time.

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

The luxury of a cloud-based system. Saves time and a lot of extra work by having a system that is accessible anytime, anywhere.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Intake forms are difficult for people, especially since zHealth needs the patient to have an account to access their new patient intake forms. Most people give up and do it at the office.

**Recommendations to others considering zHealth:**

Make sure you see how new patient intake forms are used, see how the billing is performed prior to purchasing, and be sure your office staff is able to use a more modernized computer system/technology, etc

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing center and submitting/receiving insurance claims was an issue at the beginning. zHealth has been working to recreate a better platform to improve the overall system.

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

To much to say. They make it sound so easy to customize your daily notes but they offered little help. The trainer was some guy from India with such a heavy accent it was a struggle just to understand him. On top of that he seemed to have an attitude if we asked too many questions. They talk about basic templates but only after I decided to move on did they mention they have hundreds to choose from, would have been nice to know that earlier. The worst part is you have to LEAVE the program to email a patient. How ridiculous is that?  They also have no templates for documents to email or print direct from the system. Yes you can customize it but with how much effort? Seems to me that ZHealth is a work in progress.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

Very POOR experience! When I told the sales rep I was not happy with it all and just thought we should part ways he tells me they want me to honor the one year agreement even though we had only done two months and three training sessions. They didn't do the job or supply the platform they advertised but they sure as hell want their $1,200. I guess you really do GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I am now paying more but the program and services are FAR Superior. Don't waste your time on ZHealth

**What do you like best about zHealth?**

zHealth has been great at transitioning from our old software to the new.  Accommodating our needs and always adapting with our growth and demand for change. Patients appreciate the reminders and birthday texts while I appreciate the missed appointment texts keeping patients on track with their care.

**What do you dislike about zHealth?**

We had a few glitches in the beginning with billing.  Changing EDI companies was not seamless but all was resolved with help from zHealth in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering zHealth:**

Allow plenty of time to transition, any change with require patience and time.

**What problems is zHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missed appointments and less from text reminders and if missed they respond to text.  Less calling for the front desk staff.  Intake paper work being sent and filled out before appointment by patients allows me to see and be better prepared before they walk in the door.  The ease of using the system from anywhere.
