The zHealth on-line software makes running an office very simple and straight forward. From scheduling, to check in, chart notes, collection and billing, all runs efficiently. Because the chart notes need to be personalized for your industry and your practice, setting up the software is challenging. You cannot make changes to the wording or add phrases as your needs change. It would be great if you could make the changes you need without having to have someone at the company do it. Running a chiropractic office can be very challenging and zHealth helps simplify a huge aspect of running an office. Scrolling, many of the windows that could have scrolling don't, so sometimes it seems like we are scrolling up and down constantly to get information inputted into the system. This is a Great company continually evolving for the better. The developers take your suggestions and try to fine tune their software.
