"This is the worst software and company that I have ever used"

We do not like anything about this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about zHealth?

The unhelpful support staff and the inability of providing the help that we needed to get our clinic set up are two MAJOR reasons why I would never reccommend this company. We connected with a sales rep who quit while we were in the process of purchasing the software. Long story short our clinic fell through the cracks. The company is aware that this occured and we have spoken to managment and they seem to be just as bad. No one has helped us set up the software, no one got back with us about paying Zhealth an additional price to fix the issues that we have continually had. Do not waste your time with this company.
