What do you like best about Zenler?

I love the price point of Zenler and customer support is very responsive. I love that it records webinars so you can upload the recording and that it is very customizable so I can make it branded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenler?

It does have a learning curve to it as you do have to create website pages and when I have students enroll in a live webinar + replay I've had students who enroll but then didn't know they had to double enroll in the live (they have to then "book" a spot) so I have added that to my instructions in the initial email as the first webinar I did many missed it since they couldn't get in even though they had paid for it. What do you like best about Zenler?

It is fairly easy to use. The support from the company is always there. They truly want to help you succeed in your business. The of features for this all in on platform is advantageous and Zenler is always listening to its users and implementing improvements and added features all the tim. It was relatively easy to start when I switched from another website platform. I do use my platform regularly, and I love that I can go in myself and make changes or additions. What do you like best about Zenler?

The platform shines with its straightforward course creation tools, making it dead easy to manage both self-study content and live lessons. I particular love that I don't need a separate Mail Chimp or Zoom account. What do you like best about Zenler?

Zenler has an all-in-one platform for selling courses and other digital goods, hosting live classes and sending email messages. It has good integration with Zoom, excellent automation features like funnels, email follow-ups and friendly support. I'm running my courses on Zenler and don't need any other tool to run my site besides a mailbox for incoming emails. I use it daily to improve my online courses and develop new ones. What do you like best about Zenler?

NZ is extremely customizable and offers a huge variety of services. Course creation, customizable or simple template web pages, excellent payment options (tiers pricing, coupons, etc) and integrated email services and marketing funnels.

NZ also offers the most comprehesive and organized training for the platform, as well as continual ongoing workshops.

What do you dislike about Zenler?

Email editing in both regular campaigns and especially in marketing funnel or course automations is frustrating to say the least. I want my emails to ALL look polished and professional, and especially brand consistent. This is difficult when email marketing campaigns use block editing (that still have some bugs like not being able to center buttons) and automations don't have nearly as many options.

What do you like best about Zenler?

This is so much more than just an e-learning platform, but that is how I am using it.

Zenler looks after the EU Digital VAT aspect and this is a major reason for me having moved from my previous platform. The interface is nice and clean looking and I have been able to make it look like a page on my main website, which makes for a cohesive look across the two.

It is great for students that there is the option both to download a pdf, but also to review it on-screen.

The assessment aspect is very useful.

I am still working on getting all my courses on the site, and am taking advantage of the platform's features to ensure that everything looks smart and is easy to use, so I am working on the site almost daily at present.

Customer support is effective, though not always speedy. The support team is incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenler?

I had originally looked into using Zenler in 2020 but found it too hard. It felt too technical, and too much in need of specific technical knowledge that I don't have. I don't know if the help materials have improved dramatically in the intervening 3 years, or if I was just more successful in finding them!

The community feature is limited which is a real shame, as I would like to use Zenler in place of Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
