Platform is very easy to use and makes things easy. **What do you dislike about ZenFire?** Zenfire doesnt have many downsides. Possibly the only thing i can think of to improve would be customer and ticket migration to other customers. No easy way to do so currently. **What problems is ZenFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online reports. Having the use of electronic inspection reports is huge upside. No need to store paperwork and they are readily available on the platform. ### 2. The price of the software is great. If you have an issue they resolve it quickly. I like the process of making a ticket. It was easy to complete the onboarding process. I use it daily in my business. **What do you dislike about ZenFire?** For the introductory price you get the basics for the app. I don't have much to compare to as this is the first software I used for my business. I wish there was more use of the app for supervisor on the mobile side as I am usually on the field and can't use the office end of the software on the CPU. **What problems is ZenFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its solving the need to use paper to pen for my company. ### 3. Invoicing and quoting is simple and great for getting them out to the customers right away. **What do you dislike about ZenFire?** A few glitches with the app I have noticed with the techs in the field. Seems to not totally work or save correctly when there is no service in the area of the specific job. Would like more options for accounting softwares to link too. **What problems is ZenFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not waiting for techs to finish reports to I can invoice and send to customers. Easy to onboard. Customer support is good. **What problems is ZenFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in scheduling day to day jobs and create timecards for all the employees.
