What do you like best about ZenFire?

What do you dislike about ZenFire?

Zenfire doesnt have many downsides. Possibly the only thing i can think of to improve would be customer and ticket migration to other customers. No easy way to do so currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZenFire?

This company has great costumer and quick response. The price of the software is great.

If you have an issue they resolve it quickly. I like the process of making a ticket.

It was easy to complete the onboarding process.

What do you dislike about ZenFire?

For the introductory price you get the basics for the app. I don't have much to compare to as this is the first software I used for my business. I wish there was more use of the app for supervisor on the mobile side as I am usually on the field and can't use the office end of the software on the CPU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZenFire?

It has made things easier for me in the office to assign techs to each job or multiple jobs, see their notes and history of the jobs. Invoicing and quoting is simple and great for getting them out to the customers right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZenFire?

A few glitches with the app I have noticed with the techs in the field. Seems to not totally work or save correctly when there is no service in the area of the specific job.
