  ### 1. A Great Way to Get Messages Across

**What do you like best about Nixle?**

It is easy to send out alerts and broadcasts and get them to the people who need them. 

**What do you dislike about Nixle?**

I realize this is user error but I have received complaints from our Nixle users saying they didn't get the message sent out. It is because they did not subscribe to the particular method of communication so if we send a text, and they only signed up for email, they don't receive it. This can sometimes be difficult for non tech-savvy people to understand when they are signing up for it. 

**What problems is Nixle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because most of the Nixle alerts are not being filtered into spam we know our messages are getting out to the people who sign up for the messages.

**What do you like best about Nixle?**

As a resident, getting daily codes and updates is great. Wish I knew of this app while I was in college, but comes in handy while living in a big city.

**What do you dislike about Nixle?**

Although not all crimes/updates are covered, I am able to stay updated and involved with my surroundings.

**What problems is Nixle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a resident, I use this app daily but not as frequently as I should. Although I have no implemented this idea forward into my current tutoring business, I would consider it in the future.

Nothing, can use it anywhere. Set up any where.
