  ### 1. Intuitive, Feature-Rich Client Portal Perfect for Freelancers

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

Finally, a moderately powerful (which is all I need) client portal that is intuitive to get around and easy to customize. The amount of functionality available in the free tier is excellent! Way more than enough for any freelancer to start with a few clients at a beginner to intermediate level in terms of centralizing communication, statuses, and assets. The web app is responsive as well...in fact the Kanban board actually works better on mobile. I will definitely recommend Zendo to colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

The gap between the free tier and the first paid tier is way too large of a leap, especially if you want to go month-to-month rather than annual. I sort of understand it because clients are unlimited and charging clients would be a bad look, but I'd very likely jump to a paid tier pretty quickly if the price was lower, and as it is I'm just going to stay on the perfectly functional Zendo-branded tier until I have several more clients onboarded or one of them commits to a larger project.

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a HighLevel agency user, so I have access to use their client portal for my clients. There are many things I like about GHL, but the portal isn't one of them. Zendo is -much- more useful and user-friendly for both vendors and their clients.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

Zendo has provided me with a complete back-office solution for my Productised Service business. I can now launch a service and onboard a customer within minutes. Zendo provides my business with a centralised location for all client communication, which is incredibly handy.

The Zendo support team are responsive, and should any issues arise, I can let them know and receive updates as soon as possible. 

Pricing is incredibly accessible for any business size.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

There are few downsizes to Zendo's platform. Increased design customisation would be a bonus.

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching and managing productised services.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

Zendo has streamlined my clients and simplified the onboarding experience for new clients. Highly recommend you check it out. 

Intuitive to use and the ability to white label is a massive feature. 

The team are alway on hand to answer any questions with speed an efficientncy.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

There are no downsides. As with new technology there is always improvements to be done. The team take all feature request and improvements.

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlined my client onboarding with the ability to have one place to communicate with clients. One place to submit quotes, approve quotes and invoices. No more email trails.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

A possibility to start selling subscriptions real quick and to create a client portal for my customers.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

I’d love to have an option to embed reports from SERPWatcher to my clients in the client portal, but the team let me know, that they are working on it!

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to start a subscription based service business.

It helps to manage the leads. It's report and analysis feature help to track and forecast the sales and marketing.  It help to interact with customer and communicate  with them for better  understanding.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

Zendo allowed me to create a client portal for my marketing agency, where my clients can access all their requests, and files, and use other apps like Looker Studio inside their client portal!

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

I'm fine now, but I'd love them to add some more features.

Creating one space for handling all client-related stuff.

There are a few downsides, but I gave my feedback on Zendo’s Discord server, and the team addressed them very quickly.

Being able to quickly add services and generate checkouts for them to link with a website

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

The best thing that I like about Zendo is that it's saving me a lot of time. In my experience, an app that's saving time for the user is the best type of app out there.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

Nothing to mention here really. I've had a great experience so far. Nothing bad to comment on.

Try it and see if it fits your needs.

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If it was just one problem that Zendo was solving, it would have been faster to write this answer. Yet, the app is helping us create a streamlined experience with our customers. For starters, the shared inbox feature takes a lot of back and forth between the team and the clients. Just that one is huge for us because I hate when there's wasted time that we could optimize. oh, and the built in payments feature is really neat.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

Zendo allows to connect a contact form on a website, and all the client requests will land directly on the platform. From where you can engage quickly, ask the client additional questions and provide them with an estimation. Invoices will be generated automatically and delivered to the client. This saves a lot of time for businesses that are selling bespoke services and dealing a lot with custom estimations.

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

It's hard to find something I'd dislike about the tool. I hope they will add some more features soon!

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the conversations, files and estimations are stored in one place. I can easily send an estimate and get paid. There's less mess in everyday work.

**What do you like best about Zendo?**

I had been looking for a tool to manage customer care for years. I had tried both Zendesk and Freshdesk but Zendo is really the one for me. An immediate, simple, complete and fully customizable tool. The price is also accessible to everyone. The feedback from my clients has been very positive.
The Pros: Custom Type, Customizable ticket statuses, payment via stripe, quick access page, translation into various languages.

I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Zendo?**

Honestly, I do not find negative sides, I am waiting for future additions.

**What problems is Zendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zendo I solved the problem of managing support tickets. I was able to differentiate requests and statuses by also adding a fast payment method. The benefits were the greater speed of the service and the immediacy of the payment system.
