## Zeal Reviews
  ### 1. Optimization and automation of CLM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** laura o. | Process Designer Engineer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal is a platform that seeks to improve the way in which contracts are managed, in order to generate a positive impact on the optimization and compliance of the processes related to the life cycle of contracts, facilitating this task through a modern, intuitive and easy to use interface that allows having a repository of contracts, automate workflows through AI, perzonalize contracts and integration of different tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc; Increasing the efficiency in the communication between the different departments of the organization and making the best decisions based on data.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

The opportunities for improvement of the platform are in the opening to greater customization of workflows so that each team can configure specific rules and tasks in their management processes, hand in hand with the potential use of AI to have broader coverage of the different needs of each business sector.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal allows the management of contracts in a reliable and satisfactory way, which is evidenced by its commitment to quality and user experience, highlighting its functionality by the integration of tools, data and scalability of the needs at the time of making a negotiation, where the aspects of execution, storage and monitoring of compliance are covered by the efficiency of the platform, impacting on the reduction of risks by having control and transparency of information.

  ### 2. The rise of Contract Management Platforms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrés Felipe R. | IT Solutions Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal introduces to the users a friendly interface with a well-defined left panel where the users can find all the available functionalities. The workspace is really intuitive and it is easy to find the functionality buttons.
The menu (Dashboard, Inbox and Documents) is similar to a mail inbox, so this provides an advantage because from the beginning they already know the basics and what to expect.

The records section is the main component and the one that differentiates Zeal from its competitors. The users have all the functionalities. As a general overview you can organize your documents in folders and have access to your contacts, but most important is the reuse component of the templates, which allows users to take an existing template and adjust it according to their needs, also aligned with this, Zeal provides Keywords that allow users to find easily the information within the document and also to provide a consistent structure.

Finally, the greater functionality of Zeal: Intake forms. You can create them and use it to collect all the initial sets of values for the customizable fields in the document, also you can edit it and generate a public link, to share and collect the pertinent information that will automatically create the document within the Zeal platform.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

The Zeal Reporting and Analytics tools are a basic addition to the platform and can help in some situations to organize and represent data quickly; nevertheless, they don’t seem particularly valuable to me as there are specific third party tools that have a greater capacity to do both tasks.

I consider that Zeal should focus on its main strength as a Contract Management Platform and include new functionalities oriented to save time by reusing components like keywords or templates, and also be able to map user needs by using an IA assistant to help them to provide new templates, keywords or correct possible mistakes in the creation of the intake forms.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Contract Management Platforms are growing and will continue providing a new focus on how we use this type of software to supply the business needs

  ### 3. Creating documents and templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorena H. | Senior Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

I consider that Zeal is an amicable tool where you as a consultant and user can create documents, templates and clauses that are going to facilitate your work.

I found that being able to edit templates and clauses, as well as being able to recover archived documents is very useful, since sometimes you need to go back over and over again to the same document until it is finally done.

Regarding the Dashboard section, I like the 'Recent Documents' view, however, I would like to see which were the specific edits or added clauses to a specific document.

When opening the documents, I like that we can change the existing signing order and make changes accordingly.

In order to wrap up, I consider that Zeal is easy to use, implement and integrate. It allows you to use it frequently and make all the necessary changes you consider, such as creating new templates and/or clauses. All the features are easy to use and you can have some support when hovering on them.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I didn't dislike anything about Zeal, however, there are some additional things/actions that I would like to see:

* In the 'Analytics' section, I would like to see how many new templates were created, and that when clicking in the metric, I can access those.

*In the Contacts list view, under 'Company Name' tab, I would like to see an extra column containing the main client/representative associated to that company.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to create new contracts and documents.

  ### 4. User-Friendly platform with powerful contract automation and analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio C. | Business Analyst/Operations Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

What I liked the most about the platform is how intuitive and streamlined the contract creation process is. The platform allows users to generate contracts efficiently using templates, which significantly saves time and increases productivity. I also found the analytics section to be well-structured, offering clear and detailed visualizations that help track and measure key performance metrics.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I noticed that some processes require too many steps, which could be streamlined for efficiency. Additionally, there are several sections that could be grouped together to simplify navigation and improve the user experience

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to the inefficiency and complexity of teamwork and team task management. By offering a centralized platform where something easy like contracts can be generated, tracked, and analyzed, Zeal simplifies workflows that typically require a lot o manual effort and cross-department coordination. This not only reduces the risk of errors but also saves valuable time. From my perspective, the use of templates , automation features, and data driven insights allows teams to focus more on strategic decision making rather than administrative tasks. It's a practical solution for increasing operational efficiency and ensuring better compliance in this kind of processes

  ### 5. Compiled and User-Friendly Contract Management System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Pablo S. | N/A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal provides a concise and user-friendly interface to manage the documentation you are handling, you are greeted by an overview of your recent contracts and provided with metrics about the state of these. When looking to create new documents, you can create or use a template within the system as well as upload documents to use, expediting the creation process. While creating the document, having the possibility of leaving comments within the document is of great help when a specific point needs to be checked by other parties. Furthermore, you can have a contact list within the app, which can be added as needed to the document to perform any actions needed, such as signatures.

Zeal has been able to condense an effective management tool that can be used within and across organizations.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

When having the option of creating documents within the system, spell-check and language management can be very helpful for the different users. Having the option of creating a table of contents that is displayed when creating a document can be helpful when navigating across these large files. For instance, when looking at the initial dashboard and hovering the mouse over the status of the document, it can show the date and time that status changed; having that information at hand can be useful to know if any further actions need to be done. Setting alerts within a specified time frame in case a document needs to be attended to before a deadline, this will help the different parties complete the documents in a timely manner.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By condesing all contracts, information related to this and the people involved, Zeal is expediting and and reducing the time these contracts are shared within and across organizations as well as any changes that need to be made to said contracts improving the quality of life of each user.

  ### 6. Information Control System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean Kennet M. | N/A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal is a comprehensive platform; you can store, create, archive, and collaborate on construction with others. This makes it an information system that enables quality assurance compliance, an important factor within any organization. Many organizations use multiple software programs to manage information, but Zeal allows you to have everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I don't consider it a disadvantage but an opportunity for improvement, and it is the way in which the information is presented and built. By handling an unfriendly structure when creating documents or presenting analytics, it can generate confusion or rejection by users, since many clients are accustomed to using tools such as Word, Office 365, or Google Docs, which have multiple options to edit the information precisely. In terms of analytics, the KPIs must be improved, trying to show percentages of progress and compliance, to allow users to trace work routes and compliance standards for their teams. However, by implementing improvements or updates for cases like this, a significant impact can be generated.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal is solving everything, as they understand that systematizing a process doesn't guarantee proper execution. With Zeal, we can have everything at our fingertips and prevent information leaks. Central information is key to strategic advancement in the global market, as information needs to be available quickly to make strategic decisions.

  ### 7. Exploring arternatives on managment sistems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo Andres A. | Indistrial engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

As an industrial engineer, I have used software called CRM to interact with information from within the copany. additionaly, i have worked in conjuction with other tracking systems. A common problem among all industries is that work sofware and traking sofware are separated or disconnected for each other, and usually, the user is held accountable for any mistakes made by the lack of integration.
with the sofware zeal, i see an oportunity to unify sysyems that are typically apart, as expresed. Having everything in one place simpifies taskes and helps usueres avoid any issues or problmes.
the interface is clean and intuitive, making the traing process easier, other feature is the traking system, teh posiility to se if someone have completed and send the information, if was already aprove or is still on porcess, makes management easier.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Taking into account the positive aspects, it need to be incluuded a gantt system for traking timelines and deadlimes. i havent see the option to assign someone to complete a document and monitor the progress fo the task.
Additionally, there should be a version designed specifically for team leaders, with more advance traking tools to supervise and monitor what the team is doing and who haved done it.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the lack of control that companies have regarding documentation. security is so,etimes accounted for, but theres no one truly safeguarding the documents. with the sistem, traking whether a document is approved, eddit, aproved and safes it safely, companies minimixe mistakes, incompleation and misinformation.

  ### 8. Zeal, such a great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian A. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal is a contract management platform that streamlines all aspects of legal documentation. I believe it is a highly valuable tool not only for large organizations that aim to expedite hiring processes, but also for staffing and consulting firms that manage extensive paperwork daily, and having a system that tracks documents through every stage and keeps operations organized is essential for increasing efficiency, especially in fast paced environments where time is money.

I found the product demo to be great as it showcases the tool’s capabilities and provides a clear, intuitive walkthrough of the platform’s navigation and key functionalities. Another strength is Zeal’s comprehensive knowledge base, which allows users to explore specific topics in greater depth when theres something unclear. Additionally, the platform offers customer support through a ticketing system, ensuring that users can resolve any questions quickly.

As a data-driven professional, I particularly appreciated the analytics feature. It provides insightful statistics that can be used to monitor performance, optimize workflows, and make informed decisions based on real-time data.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

At the moment I can't think of anything that I disliked about the software, but perhaps something to improve on could be implementing short videos in the knowledge base instead of screenshots to help less tech savy people understand bringing more bvalue to cusotmers.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time and lack of organization.

  ### 9. "First interactive use with Zeal"

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego Alejandro R. | Principal CEO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

With zeal I had a good interactive with the diferent columns and bottoms in the dashboard, additional the experience for review the diferent documents its easier and performance the manners that the diferent companies use before try this plattform. in addition, every contact involve in the document can look for the tasks and the differents users inmediatly and easier form. it is worth highlighting the support for the customer it´s very interesting and applying a good for attend themselves. The documents are in the platform very easy and makes a good implementation of this. is the future of the contracts revise and better experience for the different companies.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I consider that´s my introduction to the platform, I cannot give a negative opinion. What would be in the demo interesting if the companies can see the access times to determine if there are any errors in the platform usage times or the number of users who can access it.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal resolves to me the biggest problem in the biggest companies and is when the human resources area can´t tidy the process and the team, for this reason i think so Zeal is the best option for the biggest companies and the life cycle of them.

  ### 10. Easy Contract Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CARLOS M. | Traductor / Intérprete Ingles-Español-Portugues, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

The Zeal Platform is a user-friendly tool that assists in contract oversight, providing an overall document management performance. The tool showcases a unique layout that allows the user to navigate the different options in an intuitive fashion, can be accessed any time, allowing approval follow-up, edition-control, information security and drafting and writing tools. Users can easily distribute documents in Binders for subsequent edition, ensuring continuity. The users can interact with Contacts and invite others to participate in the relevant activities intended for in the document. Zeal offers a wonderful feature to choose among Templates to expedite and suggest a better option to start the development of the Contract from the get-go, and security is provided with the possibility to add Signers for approval and follow-up. The keyword Library provides an option to standardize terms and data points that will be smartly used in the wording, thus keeping a single language and standard, enhanced by the use of a Clause Library to guarantee a structured language for instance to preserve harmonized legal and technical terms. An outstanding feature of seal in an environment that is focused on text, which could easily become ambiguous, is the capacity to develop insights, in the Analytics section, to keep track of number of documents, statuses and performance, information that can be segregated by different dimensions measure the performance of the process through Zeal. Zeal also is integrated other software and data points, which strengthens the data integration with other sources. the new members also can interact in the assigned documents, which creates a repository that facilitates cooperation.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Although is a pretty complete and comprehensive tool, Zeal could develop and implement other solutions that could definitely help Zeal highlight above competitors. For instance, is not clear whether Zeal contains a built-in Proof-Reading feature, along with a language selection option, in order to review and approve a version that contains the correct wording. It would be very helpful to segregate the documents in baskets, because, although the Binders menu allows classification of documents, is not clear the differentiation by user or authority, to restrict users access, and provide the capacity to segregate by topic or company, thus segregating the documents in a consistent manner. Zeal is capable of connecting to other data sources and software, it would help to turn it into a more robust tool if data connections include AWS, SQL, Azure, Microsoft or other widely used platforms and also indicate clearly those data sources with which the Zeal is compatible, since companies are increasingly more digitalized.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Version control and authority moitoring.

  ### 11. Manuel Pareja review of Zealdocs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel P. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Template-driven document creation with variable fields and conditional logic.
Integration with CRMs, ERPs, and storage platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Drive).
Audit trail and version control, ensuring legal and compliance integrity.
Secure cloud infrastructure, hosted on AWS or Azure, with role-based access control (RBAC).
API accessibility for custom integrations.
Use natural language processing (NLP) for clause recognition and contract risk analysis.
Technical Pros:
Scalable for enterprise environments.
Reduces manual error via automation and AI-assisted suggestions.
Fast template creation using dynamic inputs.
Good for legal, procurement, and sales teams working across departments.
Moreover, we can consider other than technical ones, such as:
You can create contracts or documents without having to start from scratch every time. It’s like having a smart Google Doc that writes itself.
It remembers the common stuff you use (like company names, clauses, etc.), so it saves a ton of time.
Sharing, signing, and tracking documents is super simple—no more back-and-forth emails.
The interface is clean and modern, not scary like some legal tools.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Technical Cons:
Some users noted a learning curve for advanced automation logic.
API documentation could be more robust for developers.
Bulk processing can be slow with very large datasets or unoptimized templates.
User cons can be:
Some users said it takes a bit to figure out the fancy features like automation rules or integrations.
If you’re in a hurry, setup can be a bit much the first time—best to get help from IT or onboarding support.
Mobile experience is decent but not as robust as the desktop version.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zealdocs is a modern document automation and contract lifecycle management platform designed to streamline how businesses create, manage, and execute legal and operational documents. It integrates AI to assist in document generation, e-signature workflows, and compliance tracking, all from a single platform.
So, simplicity is a key factor as well as being easy to use with practice and knowledge of all key features.

  ### 12. A Solid Tool for CSM with space to enhace the processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe S. | Docente en el programa administración de empresas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zealdocs has proven to be a useful addition to the customer service toolset of any company. One of the things I really value is the ease with which you can share documents and monitor how customers interact with them. Being able to see when someone opens a file, how much time they spend in each section, and what they interact with most makes our follow-ups much more timely and relevant. The interface is clear and easy to use, which made data entry easier for the team. I also value the great integration with the CRM system, which helps avoid duplication of work and get a clearer picture of customer interactions. Additionally, the support team is very responsive and helpful when we had questions or minor issues.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

However, there are some areas where Zealdocs could improve. The document CSS options seem a bit limited; if we want to match the look and feel of this brand, but existing tools didn't allow me to do so. Additionally, while analytics are valuable, reporting could be easier. It would be great to have more filters or the ability to drill down into specific customer segments. These aren't issues that prevent me from using the platforms, but they do limit them somewhat in their current form.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Zealdocs solves for me is the lack of transparency about how clients use the documents. In the past, when we sent a PDF or a slide, it was practically a given: we didn't know if the client would open it, read it, or simply ignore it. Thanks to Zealdocs, we can see who opened a document, which sections they spent the most time on, and when it was viewed. This has completely changed our tracking strategy.

  ### 13. Zeal - Applicant First Impression

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago B. | Procurement Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

My impression about Zeal, after watching the video and testing the demo, is that is a very easy-to-use contract management platform. I really liked the option to create quick drafts from predefined templates, which gives the user a very organic and easy way to adapt to the platform even if it's the first time using this kind of tool. Also, the platform has a very intuitive interface, which allows any person to explore and work around it. Another good feature I was able to see was the analytics and reporting tabs, which are always fantastic to have in order to keep improving your work.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I can't say for sure that I disliked something about Zeal only by watching the video and using the demo since it would obviously take time to explore all the functions and capabilities of the system; however, I would probably recommend including a little bit more information on how integrations with other platforms, such as email and other type of communication platforms work since it's a really important part of the contract process.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Zeal is solving is the pain of having a lot of information about contracts all over the place by integrating and managing all the related information in a single space. The benefits are that you will have all your contracts information in a gathered and reachable platform, where you will be able to consult and analyze at any moment you want. This will save you time and overall costs.

  ### 14. Great tool to manage contracts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iván M. | Automation Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

The tolls is very easy and intuitive to use, it shows several options where you can find the information you are looking for, i.e.

Zeal allows to create the contracts from scratch effortlessly, using templates to speed up this step. It also allows you to use your own templates, which can be very helpful when using Zeal from the very beginning, by creating documents from the platform using these templates and transferring sensitive information for immediate use, should the need arise.

Once you create the document you can use a kind of work flow to get the approvals required for the document, which keeps the traceability of the document, in case it is needed, and this for several approvers, which is great.

One feature that is important to notice is the folder/binder option, which helps with the organization of documents in a customized way for each user, according to the company's specific needs.

It has several features that enables to preformat some information to use in the contracts, which improves the quality of the document, as well as making the structure of the document standardized, decreasing the errors added to the contracts in general and helping the user to have peace of mind with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I don't dislike anything, rather I think an improvement that could be introduced is the grammar corrector so any misspelling typo can be avoided. Unless I missed it, and in that case, I have to check again😅😋.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up and standardize the creation of contracts, as well as keeping traceability of approvals

  ### 15. Very friendly system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Analy L. | Senior Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

I think the best thing about Zeal is how seamless and customer-friendly the infrastructure is, especially for clients who want to embed payroll functionality into their platforms without becoming a compliance pro. As a client really appreciated how easy was to integrate Zeal’s API with internal systems, and how flexible the platform was when adapting to business logic.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Zeal’s great if you have devs on hand, but if you’re not technical, good luck. The tools aren’t super friendly for finance or HR folks, and we often had to wait on support or loop in engineers to get basic stuff done. A better UI and faster support would go a long way.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal takes the chaos out of paying contractors. No more worrying about tax filings or classification issues. It just works—and saves me tons of time every month.

  ### 16. Great platform for collaboration and document management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Operations Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

I really like Zeal because it has a very user-friendly interface and allows for collaboration with internal and external teams. One of the features that caught my attention is the Keyword Library, which lets you insert terms into documents and templates for easy customization.

Zeal is a wonderful platform for creating reports and helping teams collaborate through documents.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

One thing I did not like is that there is not an easily accessible link to tutorials or detailed guides on how to use all the platform's features.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal helps me when I need to create reports. It’s easy to find and use different documents on the platform, so I can collect the information I need in one place. This saves me time and helps me organize everything better to create a final report.

  ### 17. Zeal Platform Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Commercial Assistant Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Overall experience with the Zeal platform was very good. After watching the introduction video and testing the demo it is clear to me that it's a very friendly platform with a lot of useful tools such as reporting or analytics, actually I think those were very cool. Website architecture is very friendly as well which I think is so important for customers. Would love to keep exploring the platform to provide further feedback.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Actually after watching the video and testing the demo there are no so many cons I found about the platform, maybe after using it further I could provide a constructive feedback as there is always space for improvement.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal solves the operational, technical and compliance challenges associated with modern workforce environment.

  ### 18. A complete platform who has a simplified autorization flow.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres Fernando G. | Analista de sistemas y procesos, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

What i really like about Zeal is the capacity to generate aprobatory flows, it helps a lot in organizations with poor documentation systems, besides they have an online workspace who avoids to create copies in your pc.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Something who is a bit rare is clause system. But something i would like to have is an excel type document, with son formulas, in order to make calculations.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal solves flow problems, by directly redirecting authorizations to the next owner, this way you have evidence of your work and forgot about problems of delivering information to the wrong people. By doing this, you are always alert about how the protocols have to be and how you are doing it.

  ### 19. "Intuitive and user friendly"

As an Industrial designer that values the user experience, and highly value how easy to understand and use Zeal is. Being intuitive still I believe it requires some base knoledge on this type of documents. Maybe a light version for simpler tasks and beginners would be a good idea.

  ### 25. A contract management tool that saves you time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Razvan B. | Project Manager/Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

It's a tool dedicated mostly to those who are making a lot of new custom contracts, saving them time by having predefined clauses that can be inserted in the new contract at the touch of a button. It's also useful for anyone else to keep track of the contracts and their status (if they are signed internally or waiting for the partners to sign them).
The tool offers quite a few reporting filters so you can find fast a certain contract / type of contracts (binders) and a quite easy to understand and use analytics page.
It has a low learning curbe so anyone can use it, unlike other software on the market.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

The tool is great overall, has some minor things that I think could be improved (personal preferences) like the workflow and more like in your face tips and tricks that can be activated / deactivated at will and show you why can't you save a certain document without completing all the fields available.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep track on all the contracts I've sent to my clients and shows me which one hasn't signed it yet before starting to deliver the services.

**Official Response from Ariana Sole:**

> Razvan, thank you for sharing your feedback about the convenience, ease of use, and time-saving benefits of Zeal. We are working on tool tips to help guide users and discover new features. Thanks!

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Zeal makes contract management incredibly efficient. The AI-powered data extraction and analysis save a huge amount of time, and the integration with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office keeps everything connected. I especially appreciate the secure compliance features and real-time milestone tracking, which help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

The initial onboarding takes some time due to the platform’s depth. A few more guided tutorials or in-app tips would make the learning curve smoother for new users.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal helps fix common contract problems like missed deadlines, losing track of versions, and not following rules properly.

  ### 27. Zeal in a glance - Applicant experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

All managed in a single place, electronically.
Information well gathered, reachable, can be consulted anytime in one single platform.
Very user-friendly - the functions, operations enabled and also graphically.
Reports and analytics are quite interesting - again, automatic.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Not quite dislikes, but still not sure how some features are set up, if available, like, for instance:
- How are workflows set up.
- Not clear how to interact with other SWs and Tools, if feasible at all. At least must be integrated with the Outlook/other mailing system.
- Another example: enable documentation to others in other supports, such as Jira or SharePoint. Feasible? How?

Not clear in the demo the customer support, but for sure it is clear somewhere out there in the site.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I would be using Zeal for sure it would solve the amount of information split in our PCs', SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, other supporting tool. And obviously in paper.
Having version control is also of upmost importance.
Also knowing, at any time, how contracts are, which status, with whom. That is a great gain.

**Official Response from Ariana Sole:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would be happy to provide training on workflows, integrations and any other questions you might have.

Overall, a great product !

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Some of the product features might be limiting for certain users, but there is great potential in exploring this and advancing the product.

Zeal is providing contract management services to clients worldwide by offering a wide range of solutions integrated under one platform. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Remus C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

There are many things that Zeal managed to standardize and find solutions for. Just to name a few, which are extremly usefull when it comes to tracking the lifecycle of a contract (like an MSA or SLA and their derivatives like all asociated SOWs)
- tagging contracts contend
- hyperlinking to associated users, to other relevant documents (be they sub-contracts or not), to relevant documentation or any content that has to be kept under the same umbrella with the initiating contract
- associating meta-data to contracts, so that documents' hierarchy, mapping and search are fast and simple processes
- ability to aasign roles and set up rules for the comunity that has to have access to a group of docuemnts and to track them from inception to completion
- extract data from each contract, sub-contract, derivative, stages of each document, usage, modifications, etc..., so that contract analytics reports can be created, shared and updated
- Zeal platform functions also as a comunication hub between stakeholders that are binded through a contractual agreement
- a very important feature of Zeal's CLM product is the posibility of INTEGRATION with varoius environments like: MS Office, SalesForce, Slack, just to name some.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

Zeal' product is a fair option for Contract Management, it does what it claims and the company strives for constant improvement. So far, I don't have anything to dislike.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeal solves two main things:
- first, extracts, summarize and analize data from the entire universe and lifecycle of a contract
- second, keeps all stakeholders that are part of a contractual engagement under the same umbralla by keeping them involved and informed as per each role

  ### 32. Good for business document optimisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucian Ionut M. | Delivery Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

- Zeal is using AI and Machine learning. While the models are already trained, as for any platform for this kind you can extend that and based on what type of contract/documents you are creating, the model will adapt to your style/requests. On short, you already have a lot of support and optimization which will level up your already existing contracts and templates of contracts that you might have in Microsoft Word files or even in paper.
        - Active analysis that it is done to you documents content using the above statements. There might be things that you can miss, but the engine behind takes care of that.
        - Documents management system it is a must. I personally worked with contracts as a Delivery Manager, and trust me there are multiple clients and industries, several types of documents. It can be very hard to keep up the track of them. Having them organized and ready to be modified, sent or to be signed it is pure gold.
        - The e-signature another thing which is cool. I saw that you can invite people to specific group and document. You can send the document to be signed. Seems straight forward.
        - Other cool things that I like is the key wording, templates, ability to archive and keeping the history of the documents.
        - You seem to be able to work with any type of document from MSA, SOW, ITP, etc. You can easily add legal department to start contributing to MSA’s or to NDA’s or to any clause of the document itself. Same platform for all departments. That means eliminates the pain points of having documents created manually in word following a template, have modifications on it, send it on the e-mail, receive it back with amendments, repeat.
        - In the same time you can use the platform to officially send RFI RFP proposal. You can create template for these two processes and send them directly to recipients
        - What is really great is the security of the documents. In my old company the ping-pong between me, sales and legal for creating a SOW for example, was done through e-mail (I’m referring to the document itself). But being in the platform, giving access only to the right people to contribute not only strengthens the security but also saves a lot of time.
        - In nutshell one of the best features is to create small modules containing targeted piece of text that can re-used on other contracts and documents.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I cannot really say that there is something to dislike the product. Of course it depends on what is your taste for design. You can mention that some things like changing singing order in the document maybe might have an animation to suggest dragging the order, or maybe the posibility to rearrange the data in Dashboard. All in all seems a robust platform to be used.

Still i have a question if the platform can be integrated into other platform? like building and Zeal SDK or soemthing like that.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all contributors in the same platform which is saving a lot of time.

  ### 33. Ease of use - Highschool level!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert Alexandru M. | Athlete, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Zeal?**

Say goodbye to old archives and document repositories. This is the new tool that will change your game. It will improve the time spent building docs and forms but also the time you get a review or acceptance criteria. It’s so easy to understand and use that even high school teenagers could do it. I’m pretty sure that the most exciting part is the ownership of the document at each stage. By having the docs archived, you can easily see who was in charge 1 year ago when the project started and you could directly contact them with questions.

**What do you dislike about Zeal?**

I dislike that it is not yet very popular tool.

**What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a new way of keeping documents centralized and keep track of who is in charge of everything. The templates and form creator are super helpful.

A UI is understandable, the functions seems logical. The persmission system is exceptionally detailed for a software like this.
