Say goodbye to old archives and document repositories. This is the new tool that will change your game. It will improve the time spent building docs and forms but also the time you get a review or acceptance criteria. It’s so easy to understand and use that even high school teenagers could do it. I’m pretty sure that the most exciting part is the ownership of the document at each stage. The first thing that struck me was the simple and the very effective UI. The texts/captions are self explanatory which means the user does not have to look around for a functionality. The workflow feature was indeed a very handy and powerful feature. The fact that the user can group documents under different binders helps in easy maintenance of documents in the long run. The roles based access is a much needed security feature making Zealdocs a very secure tool. The Dashboard and the Analytics options churns out a lot of useful information that will provide valuable insights. Of course the Templates saves valuable time to the users.
