# Who Do Logistics Directors at Enterprise Supply Chains Trust Most for Logistics Intelligence Software?

I’d test the navigation concern with someone who wasn’t involved in implementation. Give them a real rate or market question and see whether they can find the relevant data, understand its freshness, and explain the decision without help from the platform expert on the team. If only a few power users can translate the intelligence for everyone else, adoption becomes a dependency problem even when the underlying data is strong.
