Who is Yooz pricing best suited for?

Yooz's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies processing moderate-to-high invoice volumes across multiple locations or departments. G2 reviewers from mid-market segments in automotive, construction, transportation, accounting, and healthcare represent the most active user base and report the strongest satisfaction. The volume-based, unlimited-user model particularly benefits organizations with large approval chains but variable invoice loads. Small businesses also appear frequently in G2 reviews of Yooz and praise ease of use and setup. Enterprise reviewers highlight audit trail and compliance value. Companies running Sage, MS Dynamics, Epicor, Acumatica, NetSuite, CDK, Karmak, or Reynolds integrations are especially well-positioned to maximize Yooz's pricing value.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Yooz?

Yooz offers no free tier or freemium version. According to G2's pricing data for Yooz, the sole Gold Edition tier is a subscription priced by document volume processed, with unlimited users included. This means Yooz's pricing scales with AP workload rather than headcount, which G2 reviewers in small business and mid-market segments highlight as a notable advantage. Prospective buyers should contact Yooz directly for a custom quote. The Gold Edition bundles the full feature set, including AI-driven OCR, PO matching, YoozPay, YoozFakeDetection, configurable workflows, and 250-plus ERP integrations, into a single all-inclusive plan with no feature-gated upsell tiers.

Is Yooz considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly regard Yooz as good value, with several explicitly noting cost-effectiveness. A mid-market electrical manufacturing reviewer calls it cost-effective with a high match rate, a pharmaceuticals reviewer describes it as much more affordable than competing systems, and a construction reviewer confirms it is cost-effective and easy to use. An enterprise health and wellness reviewer highlights semi-variable billing as a positive. One higher education reviewer flags cost as high, and a mid-market transportation reviewer flagged a one-time $600 SSO fee as an unexpected charge. Overall, the 4.0-plus average rating across G2 reviews of Yooz, combined with recurring mentions of staff reduction and time savings, supports a positive value assessment.

"Fast, Accurate, and User-Friendly Invoice Processing"
5/5
What do you like best about Yooz?

I find Yooz to be a great accounting tool for the AP process, and it's very user-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone to understand. Yooz automates invoice capture using OCR and AI, which dramatically reduces the need for manual keying of vendor details, invoice numbers, dates, and amounts, thereby lowering the risk of human error and eliminating repetitive data entry tasks. Users consistently praise Yooz for its fast, accurate, and automated invoice processing. Finance teams report noticeable improvements in workflow speed and visibility once approvals are automated. It helps ensure that invoices are routed to the right cost center or approver, matched to the correct vendor records in the ERP, and supports compliance and audit traceability. Also, the initial setup wasn't complex, with straightforward processes for defining approval routing rules, GL coding, and vendor and ERP integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast WMS Automation, but Tax Rounding Needs Manual Adjustments"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Yooz?

The automation is quick to transfer into my WMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

When I have a lot of invoices, the prices look fine, but the final total with taxes always says that 0.01 is not valid. I have to enter 0.01 and then pull it to adjust it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
