What problems is Yodel.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yodel for incoming and outgoing phones and SMS for our 5 locations for I believe 3 or 4 years now. We use just about all of their features i.e. speech-driven routing of phone calls, dialog flow to programmatically answer the easy questions for callers instead of making them wait to speak to someone or call us back during business hours, their Slack integration for answering and making most calls, inbound/outbound SMS including bulk options through Integromat connection, and enjoy their ability to easily set common-sense configuration options for each line as well as our company as a whole.
With Yodel we have lowered our prices, increased our flexibility, improved transparency on all communication, improved our analytics by using their webhooks to send data to multiple places, and vastly improved time to set-up, configure, and train people on this system while also having much higher staff satisfaction with what Yodel can do i.e. eliminates a chunk of calls from even ringing with Dialog flow, gets our callers to the right person without a clunky by number phone tree, and enables seamless warm handoffs with their unique URLs for each call.
