**What do you like best about Yelo?**

The software is powerful, robust, and enterprise grade. I am able to customize the app to my clients needs. The app is available on both Android and iOS which makes deployment easy. They have a new UI available that makes the app look more updated but this does come at a cost. The price is reasonable if you’re able to find good product market fit. The product is built well and always works, when you have it configured correctly. You don’t have to worry about hosting or engineering costs, just get setup and go!

**What do you dislike about Yelo?**

The support leaves a lot to be desired. It has been difficult to get a hold of account managers at ideal times to troubleshoot issues. The software is somewhat confusing and doesn’t have the best structure at times. Can be difficult to navigate without their support team guiding you. It is unclear if their team was willing to give a grace period due to COVID-19 and the time business was shutdown for. Account reps are your only real way with getting support. If your account rep is busy or unavailable, you can be waiting for days for support. Luckily my account rep checks in every few weeks if I have questions but your experience with this may vary.

**Recommendations to others considering Yelo:**

Make sure you have a great support team to support the product. Support from the parent company is minimal. If you are tech savvy this helps quite a bit.

Faster Time to deply , All solutions bundled. Customer Support is outstanding.

Was one of the early birds. But the The steep price hike is making us think of other solutions. 
Lack of integrations with more billing and accounting softwares.

Our Hyper local delivery is based on Yelo and it has made ordering seem less experience. The design of the app is simple and not complicated

Easy to use app. Value for money. Multiplatform support.

**What do you dislike about Yelo?**

The system performance is horrible. Their tech support can kill your business in no time. They will deploy a horribly tested solution. You will raise a ticket and wait for weeks. Your business would have been burned to ashes by then. They will even tell you it is a problem only with your platform. Its a joke. This is a multitenant platform. Probably noone else is using it.

This is good only for a prototype. Never run your business on this platform!

Please do not use this in production environment. You will be killing your own business.

**What do you like best about Yelo?**

Right from the start and throughout the project they kept the communication rapid, fluent and easy on us! They helped us setup our store super fast and also responded to ongoing questions and issues we encountered. Their team had a dedicated person to work with us and she was wonderful to talk and get things done with her! One of their true unique qualities is that they have a solid software solution and they back it up with top-notch customer support!

**What do you dislike about Yelo?**

There weren't many things to dislike working with Yelo. We encounter couple of things that we wanted the software to do for us in terms of design and customization, but I'm sure as they improve, that will come as well. Regardless, the tech/backend side was great.

We managed to build our store very fast, which was essential for us! Using Yelo allowed us to test faster and gain immediate traction. Utilizing their software we managed to build the whole picture pretty fast, which otherwise would have been a complex and time taking process!

Prices should be communicated before they are risen because we pay a lot of money for the service. I know this has to do with Jungle Works management and not my manager who has been amazing.

It is a good ordering platform but I don't know how to use it, make the platform faster, currently it is very slow. There are many unresolved issues, they should provide training.

**What do you dislike about Yelo?**

I don't know how to use it, they should provide training to the people who use their service. I don't like that it's currently very slow, it changes language on its own and presents many issues.

I haven't had great benefits, honestly they should resolve the scheduling issues because in Mexico when daylight saving time starts it doesn't update and we have to be looking for which time to set.

The customization seemed to be great for a non techinical user. The company at first appeared to be very responsive via email, whatsapp and the likes.

They marketplace Saas Tiger I subscribed to was cancelled without informing me and they have continued to charge me for over a year for service not being delivered. Impossible to get anyone to reverse charges or achknowledge this.

Yelo's allows users to create and manage fully customizable virtual markets without coding. It supports all kinds of marketplaces, including rents, professional services, and hyperlocal.  It is mobile-friendly and can be used globally. With its merchant subscriptions and integration with delivery management, it is superior to its competitors. It gives full control over Yelo's admin portal, so we can provide our customers with the best possible service. Yelo analytics allow us to analyze the trends of our customers and take action based on the findings.

**What do you dislike about Yelo?**

So far, no major problems have been observed. Though the user interface is friendly, it takes some time to understand it well before it can be controlled fully by the user. Pricing for new businesses is a bit steep. It should be adjusted.

Yelo helped us set up offline markets in nearby geographical areas so we could deliver products to customers. Due to Yelo's systematic approach, we have seen significant growth in our virtual market, delivering our products door-to-door and generating a profit even during the influenza pandemic. By enhancing our relationship with customers through Yelo, we generated good will.

The product had features for almost all our requirements from scheduling, quickbuy, order management, etc. plus, the support was active in solving any issues we faced.

We faced a few issues with payment gateway confirmations on orders but things were sorted out later.

We used Yelo to accept orders from our city for grocery and produce and manage delivery od the same. Yelo was the most comprehensive solution for this taking care of order delivery, payments, notifications, account credit management, etc.

If your account manager is good then the product is fine, earlier managers were not supportive at all.

Support system was pretty bad from last 2 years. UI and SEO support needs to be improved, functionality wise lot of improvement is required.

Very Bad Company, Stay Away
I paid for an Marketplace and every time I asked customer service for assistance I would never get any.

I have programmed and attached domain names to many websites in the past, but when it came to attaching my domain to this platform, I couldn't.

Even there directions and domain fields were very confusing or perhaps wrong, this was the first time ever having any issues with any websites.

I reached out to customer service, and each time it seemed like no one knew what to do. I was even told there is no one available on the weekend, then I was told everyone is on Christmas break on 11/14/2020. Oh really.

I requested my money back and was told there is no refund after 24 hours, I checked there terms and conditions and found nothing stating such a thing.

I have tried to cancel and cannot find out how, I can't remove my credit card so now I have to cancel it....

I woke up with an headache and had it all damn day.

This has good features made simple for any new online vendors or business people. Any small scale industries wish to make their business online they have to definitely try this. Small scale online vendors can customize their product catalog here very efficiently. Order management part and payment processing features are very good. They are kept simple yet great.

Everything is good. But a small suggestion to this software creation team is that to work on the "shopping cart" part of this. I felt that area is not very clear. Rest all deserves a thumbs up.

No coding required is the best part, along with the allowance and freedom to integrate it with tookan. The idea behind Yelo is very attractive, and the need of many. I have been in the website building market for quite a while, and I am amazed at how Yelo has made it very easy for beginners. I would suggest others to integrate it with other software from jungleworks, this way the benefits are much more and you can worry less about your online business management. Also try and understand the application very well so you can make the most out of it.

Sometimes the support team takes time to get back to me with clear guidelines. I feel the company has made an amazing app, but I feel it requires a little updates. I feel the software lacks adaptability.

Yelo has been the reason behind the roof over my head and food on my table after this terrific year. everything is perfect about it. I was very upset with this COVID situation. I had no other option than to sit at home, but then I came across Yelo and created my online marketplace with their help. Now i have both an online business and a retail store.

I have been using Yelo for both of my online businesses and I can surely say that it has contributed to my business a lot. It's been a helpful builder in terms of sales, orders, and revenue management. all my data is accessible from anywhere anytime. . They do not deliver as promised. False promises. Response time is terribly slow and useless. They just do the job for the sake of doing. Yelo is also not suitable for Grocery marketplaces. So many flaws in it. They just copied the restaurant model and selling to other sectors.

Do not pay the full amount upfront if you decide to go with them even after reading reviews.

Very poor support. A dysfunctional sales team who basically lie to get a sale.  I had issues with my personal data being leaked to outside organization.  Started getting whatsapp calls and texts from indian call centres within weeks of signing up.  
Made Yelo aware - told the guy had left and they complied to GDPR.
They sell 24/7 support - but it is nothing more than a bot that triages your concern.  You never get timelines on when the correct team will get back to you.
Once they get your money - they effectively disappear.

I would put this organization in a scam bucket in terms of European standard.

Reached out to CEO on Linkedin to give him opportunity to reply.  He didn t bother replying which gives the insight you need.
Such a pity because it is a great product if customised.
