The price, is a little on the expensive side, but I love that, since it means they can continue working on updates and continue to serve CS-Cart MVE users. They are awesome marketers, sellers, and are running a great market-place themselves, which is good, they know how to make a successful marketplace business, which is what i´m trying to do as well. I also love the Add-on market they have with different vendors, which makes it possible to fit desired needs as functionality on the website. They also have many developers which knows CS Cart inside and out, and can do tweeks for me easily. **What do you dislike about CS-Cart Multi-Vendor?** A built in image-compression tool is lacking I think. I haven´t found a good way to compress images without doing it manually, which makes it a little less user-friendly for new vendors. I would love to see a more service-based MVE setup from the start as an option, since I won´t be selling any products other than digital products and services. In comparison with other E-commerce platforms, I can say CS-cart is so easy to use and work with! It is a user-friendly software with no complexity for users. Everything is defined well and straightforward but with powerful functionality. MV version makes our business much easier because now we can manage our vendors through the same platform. The best part of the Multi-vendor is the Vendor admin panel which has the same appearance and functionality as the admin panel. It means there is no need to learn how to work with vendor admin panel for CS-cart admin users. They can teach vendors easily and comfortably how they should work on their panel. Vendors can manage their products, their orders, other things, and the best part is, admin user, can moderate all vendors actions in the vendor panel or if they want, they can let vendors do their updates freely with no moderation. Besides, vendors have their own store pages in the website and this makes them more inspired to update their products better and faster cause they feel they have a mini website inside the main business market. The recent feature added to the CS-cart is Responsive Admin Panel Addon which takes CS-cart to the new level of popularity because the market can be managed through mobile devices more easily and this is favorable indeed. **What do you dislike about CS-Cart Multi-Vendor?** There is nothing major I dislike about CS-cart. The more I work with the software, the better I understand its business plan and it becomes easier to use. If there was something which is needed for consideration, CS-cart Support Team are always there for help. **What problems is CS-Cart Multi-Vendor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Actually, working with vendors is not easy when it comes to having many vendors in big business markets. Using CS-cart MV, we managed to monitor and organize our vendors better with no stress. Thanks to working with this, human errors have reduced drastically and the Multi-vendor can handle everything for us and for our vendors. Vendors can import and export their own products and this is so favorable to our business. A sense of relief in fact! Shipping handling is now defined for each vendor and we are making the most out of it as well as many other advantages Multi-vendor version has brought to us. ### 42. With new platforms coming to market every year we are always eager try them out to see if we should move to a faster, better platform. We actually did tried some of the big names in the market but so far none even came close and in the end kept going with CS-Cart. Also our language requires right-to-left text direction which was not supported 10 years ago but with the help of their amazing support team we transformed the whole site to our native language and its running as smooth as day one. Another new add-on that we really like is the "responsive admin panel". We can now enter the the admin panel on a mobile device without the need to scroll horizantally to access different areas. Now our vendor (who don’t have any CS-Cart knowledge) simply fill out a form, get approved and start adding their product, update prices, etc. in their own mini-store. It’s really as simple as that. Because of this our 2 digit data entry team has been shrunk to 3 which has reduced our costs tremendously. ### 43. At the time CS-Cart was the only solution we could find that handled multiple categories in a way that made sense. Over the years they have added functionality and features to keep up the ever changing e-commerce landscape. One of the things that really seems to set them apart is their willingness to help find a solution no matter the size of the problem. From major functionality to a simple CSS change they are really quick to get a solution in place. We tried many different carts for a few months, installing, and configuring them. In the end we choose CS-Cart, due to ease of use, and wide range of developers. Every version since then makes this cart even better. Also, the company behind CS-Cart has proved itself to be reliable, and is constantly adding new features and keeping the product up to date with the latest technologies, Google ever so changing search algorithm, and trends. Their support is also top notch way back in the past had a few issues, heir support quickly responded, and fixed our issues. **What do you dislike about CS-Cart Multi-Vendor?** Tools for better stock management, and purchasing from suppliers. For example being to add your product cost from different suppliers. Also add a option to offer store credit, and have a better refund management. System . Add option to store card information for customers, I know PayPal, and Authorize.net offer options to do this. CS-Cart Multi-vendor is an elite marketplace solution with all the functionality you would expect. It is very reasonably priced for what you get. We liked the fact that you install the software on your own server, as opposed to hosting your website on their server, and that you have full access to the code to make whatever tweaks you like. Their support system is truly amazing. Forum questions are answered very quickly and they have a vast library of videos to help new users understand and use the functionality. I also love the fact that there is a large and growing community of users keen to help you with any issues you encounter and a community of developers has grown around the solution so that if you require any custom coding, you can get this done reasonably cheaply. And when I felt challenged , I would use their video tutorials to help me resolve most issues. If that wasn't enough , their customer service team is always ready to help as well.
