After using xfactrs, I felt xfactrs handles revenue leakage management very well. It discovers and tracks issues until Revenue is saved. It comes with embedded revenue leakage detection and case management capability.
xfactrs helped us reduce the number iterations we would have otherwise gone through to detect revenue leakage.
Once we fix the issues, xfactrs act as a guard looking out for signs for relapse and alerts us on time. It ensures resolved issues stay resolved. It has one of the best Revenue Control Notification options.
The Integrated AI/ML capabilities have very good accuracy and stability.
The implementation was done in a few days because of the OOTB use cases and adapters. We provided the data, and the integration was done fast.
The system is easy to use. We use and evaluate the insights of xfactrs twice a week.
The xfactrs support team is prompt in their response, and very helpful in making us understand the features.
