What do you like best about XCD HR?

XCD is a great fully integrated HR & Payroll solution. We have transformed our payroll from taking weeks in month to being able to complete it within hours.

There is a really easy User Interface which takes very little training to help user navigate themselves and utilise the platforms functionality.

We implemented XCD at a challenging time for our organisation with little internal knowledge due to a new HR team being hired. The implementation team at XCD were incredibly patient in working with us. We ended with a seamless implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCD HR?

There aren't many things to dislike about XCD. Maybe the Customer Support function could provide slightly more comprehensive responses but i am yet to have an issue not resolved. What do you like best about XCD HR?

It is relatively easy to implement and use. The support you receive during the implementation period is great. the training provided is comprehensive.

What do you dislike about XCD HR?

Training is provided before the implementation takes place, would be easier to have the product, get the implementation done and have the training before the UAT period as the training is comprehensive and you somehow forget things between implementing the data / product and UAT period.

Customer support provided in general is good however it takes longer to get a response for the HR related cases raised in comparison to the UAT period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCD HR?

ne of the best things about XCD is that it’s built entirely on Salesforce. This means there’s no need for complex third-party integrations or syncing data across systems. Everything—from managing users to reporting—is done within Salesforce, which really helps to eliminate data silos and reduce admin overhead.

Since XCD uses Salesforce’s security model, setting up user permissions is a breeze. Our teams can only see the employee data they need, without the hassle of adding extra layers of security.

We found the implementation process really smooth, especially for the Core HR module. XCD provides upload templates that make importing HR data, like employee records and job details, much easier.

One feature that really stood out to us was XCD’s customer portal. It offers quick responses to any questions we had, so we always felt supported when we needed help.

On top of that, the portal has a huge library of help materials. These resources focus on how to use the system day-to-day, with easy-to-follow guides on everything from navigating the interface to using specific HR modules. They’ve been super helpful for our HR team to get up to speed and solve any small issues on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCD HR?

As of this review, the XCD My HR page is built entirely using Lightning Web Components, meaning it’s not easy to customise to fit our organisation's specific needs. However, XCD is aware of this and has it on their roadmap, so we’re hopeful for improvements in the future.

At the moment, XCD lacks strong mobile support, which has posed a challenge for us. To work around this, we had to create our own Salesforce Lightning app to manage mobile-enabled items from XCD. This was necessary because XCD items were mixed in with other items from our managed packages, making them difficult to locate within the "All Items" section. Like the My HR page issue, mobile support is also on XCD’s roadmap, so we’re expecting improvements in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCD HR?

I like that is constanlty changing and up dating for the better. The team at XCD are super helpful and always looking to see how it can improve and work better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XCD HR?

XCD is a highly complex tool, sometimes to it's own detriment. One thing out of place and the domino effect it can have can be quite significant. It's hard sometimes to see where the problem stemmed from as it's usually humar error. But sometimes thing go on behind the scenes and even Xcd support are a little baffled. We always manage to find a solution though.

And the only reason I mentioned that it was limiting was mainly down to our own restrictions and access rights that we put in place because of the complicated back end end work and reports built in by our Salesforce Team. So not a reflection on Xcd - just frustrating for us at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCD HR?

The best thing about the XCD HR system is its simplicity. It is very easy for both self service users and system administrators to navigate and use and they have an excellent support system, user guides and online training available. I particularly like the reporting functionality. If there is a field that exists in the system, it can report on it. it also integrates with other products and has data loading functionality to help with bulk changes. What do you like best about XCD HR?

The system is user friendly and has a great customer support service. We are lucky to have a great account manager on our side too - Jamie Hubbard. I use the system everyday and have used many systems in the past and I am happy we use XCD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XCD HR?

Overall XCD HR combines necessary items quite well. We use this to combine sales force with our performance system. It also holds our internal vacancies screen. Overall its pretty simple to navigate and utilize without direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
